Sweetwater Donuts is hands-down one of the best donut shops I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the cozy aroma of fresh donuts and friendly, attentive staff who make you feel right at home. The selection is incredible—whether you're into classic glazed, chocolate frosted, or something more adventurous like maple bacon or fruit-filled, there’s truly something for everyone.

Their donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet without being too heavy. The blueberry cake donut is a standout—moist, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. I also appreciate that they offer great coffee to pair with the donuts, making it a perfect morning stop or afternoon treat.

Donuts and muffins made me sick! 🤢 I grew up on Dutch crumb as a kid now I'm a adult now I'm starting to question the cleanliness and workers of this facility probably the second or third time this place has made me sick in the last 2 years this place isn't what it used to be. The glazed donuts are always stale and not enough frosting. How can donuts get stale that quick are they leaving them out for extra days or something?! Wish there was a better selection, but most of the donuts were gone, and there wasn't anything being made at the time. Staff seemed very annoyed when we weren't quite ready, and even more annoyed when we tried to make a selection, we felt very rushed. Definitely not a place for travelers, it's almost as if they expect you to know what you want as soon as you walk through the door. Not all customers are from Kalamazoo. I'm from here, born and raised, but I've spent the better part of 6 years away from home and selection changed quite a bit since ive last been in town.
