Normally I don’t get angry over restaurants - I get it customers suck , some times staff sucks , I get that okay but what I’m not happy with is the pure audacity that DRIVERS have I placed an online order last night and paid for it in full on my debit card - now I did not have the extra funds to leave a tip and I know that sucks but not every one is going to tip DRIVERS ARE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE ACCEPTING THE DAMN JOB. That being said nothing was wrong with my food it came just as I ordered it — the driver - Warren was his name - was friendly when I talked with him
The problem however lies in the fact that this afternoon my debit card was charged for an extra $5.00 and made my account go negative .. now every one is going to say oh it’s just $5.00 let the driver be — no cuz is the bank going to just let me be and not make me pay the fee for my account going negative ? No they are not so $5.00 just turned into $40.00 all because some one felt entitled to a tip Even though dominos drivers are paid in tips AND hourly he still felt the need to have more — embodying greed
I call the store to address my problems and I’m told — we hold a $5.00 on the card — now if I was naive I would probably eventually just be like okay I guess sure fine — but seeing how I use to work there as an assistant manager less than 5 months ago as well as have placed other online orders prior to this one with no “ extra fee “ — I know better that has never been a thing — not for online orders or in store orders — then I get told by “ the manager “ that answered the phone Im alone and have food I need to be making - so I’ll do this when I have a chance but that driver does not work today — and unfortunately I’m failing to see how either of those things are my concern ?? You are the manager I am the customer and my customer concern is just as important as the next so thank you Jo - that’s her name - for making a customer feel like your not listening or even caring because your store is short staffed

Read moreThe manager is racist!!!!!! I came in and order a Philly steak pizza with no bacon. I specifically mentioned it goes against my religion to eat pork so to please not put any bacon. When my food came out there was bacon. When asked for a remake the manger was very rude and had an attitude during my whole experience. Not only that she slammed the pizza in the trash, then told me I don’t need to come back after I asked for my money back. All the customers behind me were not asked what they wanted while the workers went to the back to get on there phones and outside for smoke breaks. Read moreI generally have no problems. Tonight was very different. Some of the issues that were noted were the pizza tracker was saying pizzas were ready but they were not. There were 3 customers besides me that had to wait for pizzas were that were supposedly ready. I ended up waiting at the store for over 40 minutes. I was told my pizza was coming out of the oven at least 3 times. I witnessed one coming out of the oven after 40 minutes. The other was pulled off a shelf where it had been sitting for a long time. The other issue was with the staff dropping F- bombs and other profanity, no kids were in the store thank goodness. With the open concept kitchen please remember the customers hear everything.
