Smokin' Dutchman BBQ Catering — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

I was pretty disappointed by the my visit after this place reopened as Smokin Dutchman. I got brisket, and mac. The brisket was decent, but it did have a good bit of unrendered fat which required a lot of picking apart.

I was not a fan of the mac, to the point where I had to spit it out. It almost tasted bitter. I'm really disappointed because the old mac was great. I'm not sure if they are using different ingredients, but whatever they are currently using is not...

I stopped coming to this location(formerly Dickies) and then when I was driving by I seen it had a whole new name, do bring they foodie I am , I bad to stop by, the service was 100% better.
