The gentleman that assisted my mom and I was very polite and professional in taking our order. As we sat down though I noticed that most of the table tops had not been wiped up after the last customer that had used them. There was only one other couple in the place. As we are currently waiting for our meal while I'm typing this the other customer got up and took his food to the counter to have an issue fixed. I'm not sure what the problem was. It's taking a little longer for our subs to made then I feel like it should. And considering there's no one else hear. I started this out with a four star just because the gentleman that took our order was so pleasant but the longer I sit here I decided to take a star away. I believe it was the manager that came out to deal with the other customers problem and I stead of going over to the customer to deal with the issue professionally he stood at the counter and loudly talked with the customer to come to a conclusion I don't sense the other customer was very happy about his experience. I've been sitting here now with my mom for roughly fifteen mi utes waiting for two medium subs. The food just got here as I typed that. It looks good and I'm hope it tastes as good as it looks. My sub was pretty good I don't think it was 15 minutes worth of waiting good my mom was not impressed with her said she would have rather went to McDonald's for the money...

I've always had decent luck there in the past, food always fresh, service usually prompt and friendly, and order usually correct. Granted sometimes it's super busy and I get that, I used to work restaurants and I know the stress of a rush.
That being said, my experience was less than stellar. The employee (don't remember the name) was quite brisk with me and seemed highly annoyed that I was there and his attitude changed and he came across as very rude when I told him I wanted to place an order. When I told him what I wanted (a tuna sub) he told me they were out of tuna and then mumbled something I couldn't hear. The rudeness kinda caught me off guard being completely inconsistent with my experience at other locations. So I left with kind of a bad taste in my mouth and I got a not as good sub at Subway, where despite being busy the staff were very polite and friendly. I really like the food here but I genuinely don't think I'll be back.

Also I can't help but like it when a good causes that helps any of the first responders receives a portion of the funding. The only issues I have had are mostly with ordering online. It has been easiest ordering that way, especially during the COVID-19 crisis when it comes to lowering chances of transferring the virus. I have repeatedly received the wrong things, or having none of my changes being made even when I have called to make sure they had the right order in. I have taken screenshots of the order I took, and still had the receipt that I receive not say the same thing. Overall, it doesn't overshadow all of the good given that it seems to be an issue with the website...but is the reason for one less star rated. I suggest you call your order in, especially if the reason for your alterations are due to medically not being able to eat certain toppings or add-ons, like in my situation. Thank you for good...
