Arby's — Restaurant in Kalispell

We are from 150 miles from Kalispell, we eat at Arby's at Gt Falls, Missoula, all over. We usually order large orders like 10-15 Arby melts, Frys, Shakes, anyhow orders are 35-50 dollars usually. The LAST time we were at Arbys in Kalispell, MT we were there on 6/27/2017 3:00 pm. No cars after us, 2 cars before us, I ordered 10-Arby melts w/xtra cheese, before I could continue my order. The rude sounding employee responded to me with " The next time you have such a large order, You need to call your order in to us, in advance. To avoid delays or cause delays to others. Like I am gonna call Arbys 2 hrs before I arrive and place my order. To me my order was no differant than 5 people in 1 car, ordering 2 sandwiches a piece, plus drinks. So my question is. Is Arbys employess now able to make up company policy at their own will? In the future KFC, BK, Taco Bell, pretty much anywhere due to RUDE EMPOLYEES will have better. more pleasant customer...

I did have a very nice customer service young gentleman who took my order at the register so I will give that a five. It was quite messy and the doors as you entered in were super dirty & grimy, lots of dirty fingerprints.. I do understand that people are coming in and out all day but there should be a periodic wipe that keeps it semi clear. You can tell the difference. I would say the food was subpar from my normally good experience at Arby's with sandwiches... Definitely disappointed as I was looking forward to my chicken sandwich. Also, I think the price does not match up anymore with the lack of quality food and the unkempt and just "old & icky dining room" . I'm sorry Arby's , but this Is not the first time I have thought about not ordering and just leaving..I used to love coming in ! I know you can...

I went inside to order because the line to the drive thru was out to the road. There were only 2people in front of me to order. I sat there for over 20 minutes before I ordered and another 30 or more waiting for my food. I've never seen people move so slow. My order was up, I could see my food right there but the guy wandered off for a minute, then came and took someone else's order then got confused if he already gave the food to the order in front of me, looked at a screen for a minute, talked to some co workers, who weren't moving very much faster, got a drink for the person who ordered after me, wandered off again... I thought I was taking crazy pills. I really love Arby's food, but I won't be going inside to...
