Pepe's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kane

After mutiple unsatisfactory experiences i am writting this review. The only reason i have returned to have so many lets downs is my 3 year old loves the pizza and its close. We dont dine in, just take out.Sometimes i just order him a slice and cook for myself becuase its not worth the trouble and money. Everytime i order more than just his slice of pizza it is never ready in the time they say, we end up waiting even when i come a few mintues after they tell me, so not only do we have to wait then the food has not been worth it. They have completely forgot to start our order before, ive been served a burnt chicken tender sub, not cooked French fries;they have completely missed items in our order and its just the two of us. Customer service is not thier strong point. Staff dont even appear apologetic when they mess up or have you waiting, they act as if it should be expected. I do not plan to return after this. Save your money or...

Terrible service. Party of 7... We were there almost an hour before they took our orders, 90 minutes until our food arrived. The young server we had needs some instruction. **made a face when we said the 7 of us would have separate bills **asked for glasses with ice for tea, had to ask again when food came **had to ask for silverware **after taking each order, she said, "Is that all?" It would be better to say, "Is there anything else?" **she took the order for the table that came in after us... They had their food before we even got to order. **Appetizers came at the same time as the food ** I asked for no dressing on my sub...it had Mayo on it ** it goes on and on We eat out often and are usually generous tippers. I stopped in to visit family the other day & I have to say I was very surprised with this place since I haven't had a very good experience with eating out in this town, but if I could give 10 stars to this quaint little pizza shop I would... They had the best homemade pizza I have ever tasted in my life... We had to wait a bit of extra time for our order to give the doe time to rise, because it's all home made & fresh to order, So I would suggest calling & ordering ahead... I PROMISE YOU the wait is well worth it... It was AMAZING... In case you're interested we ordered the Sicilian Pizza, it's worth stopping in for & the price wasn't heavy on our wallet either, this place could very well be charging 3 times the amount but they choose to keep it low... also our waiter was a super nice guy & the owner who was also running the register was a very kind & sweet lady. We will be back here as much...
