Arby's — Restaurant in Kankakee

I've been ordering this sandwich, minus the ranch, for quite some time.

Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich

The Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon comes with roast turkey, peppercorn ranch sauce and thick-cut pepper bacon. It also has Cheddar cheese and is sandwiched between two slices of honey wheat bread. We tried adding those ingredients to the name, but the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon on honey wheat bread is a ridiculous name for a sandwich.

Tonight I order it my usual way, get home and there's lettuce, tomato and onion on it. Those items don't even come on this particular sandwich. I call back at approximately 8:15pm tonight and explain to the girl that they gave me the wrong sandwich and that mine was supposed to be the turkey bacon ranch minus the ranch but has all these veggies and she says "all the market fresh sandwiches come with the lettuce, tomato and onion". I explained to her that they do not, and the above description of the sandwich from THEIR menu clearly illustrates what comes on the sandwich. It seems to me as tho this Arby's location needs to retrain their staff both on the menu items and in the customer service department as the girl had a VERY bad attitude when I asked if I could come get my sandwich made correctly this evening (like hello, this is my dinner, and a huge inconvenience to have to go back out). I do not recommend this Arby's to anyone and if you do go there please triple check your order...

My family and myself went into Arby's on Mother's Day just this Mother's Day Anna was the cashier she was rude very rude slammed my husband's cup on the counter!! Because he had changed his mind and went from a large fry to a medium fry so she got highly upset told the manager that was on duty short little Latino young waiting and her response was oh yep that's all she said went to use the lady's restroom another customer had approached the counter and Anna was overheard giving this man his cup oh I didn't slam the cup on the counter did I and proceeded to laugh about the situation that I had endured from her I will never ever be back at this Arby's again matter of fact I think she's racist I think that's...

1 older lady behind the counter just standing there looking around and 2 other employees engaged in a private conversation. I waited over 5 minutes and then asked if anyone was actually going to work and was told by the older lady that someone would be with me in a minute as soon as they finished their private personal conversation. I walked out and went through the drive thru and my order was taken in a timely fashion. I ate in my car when I really wanted to eat inside since I had been driving for hours at that point.
