WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS STORE??? Meadowveiw McDonald's THE ONLY THING GOOD I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT ON 10/14/2020 AT 6:15 IN THE MORNING THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SUPER NICE, A WOMAN AT FIRST WINDOW & A YOUNG MAN WITH GLASSES WHO WAS POSSIBLY LATINO HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE & TOOK THE TIME TO WIPE OFF THE CUP BEFORE HANDING IT TO ME AND HE EVEN SAID THANK YOU SIR!!!

SERVICE NEEDS A COMPLETE RE-TRAINING. DEC 15TH UPDATE Past few weeks have been pretty good at the k3 store, However 7 of 10 orders we are asked to pull up along with 2-4 other cars waiting for their food. "I DONT MIND WAITING FOR FRESH MADE FOOD!" EMPLOYEE NAMED "JUSTINE" A GUY WITH GLASSES HAS BEEN JUST GREAT.
1/7/21 Store has been much better, a young man named "LOUIS" MAKES OUR COFFEE THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE MADE, HE ACTUALLY USES THE CUP COVER TO SHAKE UP & MIX THE ICED COFFEE, HE IS THE ONLY ONE HOWEVER, THE REST JUST TURN THE CUP IPSIDE DOWN AND SHAKE IT & WHEN WE GET IT...YEP! Read moreOn 11/24/2023 I placed a mobile order to pick up myself inside the restaurant. The bags were handed to me after about a 15 minute wait. They were sealed as if it was an Uber Eats order, which led me to not checking the bags before I left. I got to my brother's home And my order was completely messed up. Now while I was waiting I heard the crew talking about my order. Sure there was an odd request but one that is quite simple (asking for a sausage McMuffin no egg). The crew found this hilarious apparently. So funny in fact that sandwich and other items never made it to my bag. Now since I live over an hour from this mcDonald's I emailed corporate customer service twice. They finally responded saying that the local franchise was made aware of the issue and handle it from there. I've sent another email to corporate and still over a week later I haven't heard from this local franchise or gotten an apology or...
Read moreI can not BELIEVE how I was treated last night by the manager Rosa. I ordered online to hopefully beat the line. Went to the drive thru, and got told “pull to the second window” after letting them know I was picking up. After TWENTY minutes of waiting in the line, I finally get to the window, and Rosa rudely snaps “go inside” and abruptly shut the window. I was stunned. So I go inside already upset. Get to the counter, and my food wasn’t made! I asked to speak to the manager (Rosa), but was just completely ignored. After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally got my food. I get it was busy, but that doesn’t mean you should treat your customers like garbage, ESPECIALLY if you’re a manager!
