Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bradley

I am giving this location 4 stars. ONLY because Veronica has amazing customer service. On September 30th we had been given someone else order, and didnt realize until we got home. We live 25 minutes away. I called and spoke to the manager Tammy who said she would replace my orders that were missing, and add 3 biscuits and a large fry for the inconvenience! She said she put my name in the book. I happened to be in town, and passing and decided to stop and grab the orders a month later. Veronica looked in the book and said all that was written was a biscuit and fry. I pulled my call log to show her the call was made on Sept 30th. She called Tammy who wasnt working and Tammy said she didnt recall the conversation at all! I understand this is the only popeyes in a large radius. Maybe 40 miles. BUT if you pay for something and it's wrong, and you speak to a manager, you should be able to get the items replaced! Veronica took care of me and I greatly appreciated her willingness to help, and her kind demeanor. If it wasnt for her I would have rated this as a 1....

So, this has been the 3rd time I've gone to this location and my order has been messed up in some way. Not entirely, but enough to annoy me to leave this review. I had asked for two twelve piece nugget meals, large, with fries and a Coke for one and a lemonade for the other. Honey mustard sauce for one and blackened ranch for the other. Large side of mashed potatoes and another order of an eight piece nugget. I'd received all but the honey mustard sauce, instead got buttermilk ranch and the fries were small instead of large. I also received a box of biscuits to which I did not order. Were this order just for me, I'd have dealt with it, but it was also for my significant other, leaving her annoyed she didn't get what I had thought I had gotten for her. I understand they're likely short staffed but it would be nice if they could take an extra second to ensure customers receive what they ordered. Ordered the Hottie Sauce Chicken Sandwich and Two Pies (Blueberry and Apple) and from my experience at this location, Chicken was at room temperature. Not served hot and fresh but kudos on the pies. Actually that was the best thing from this location. Very poor etiquette and preparation. They should receive a very low score on sanitary ethics as well as a low score for etiquette and preparation. I asked one of the employees to give me another Hottie sauce packet because the one she gave me had sauce on it that was sticky and dried up and instead of going back to grab me a fresh new packet, she wipes the one I returned to her which still had sticky sauce on it. So NO…. Never again will I return to this location. I can definitely see a shut down looming at that particular location. Two stars for the pies thou. Etiquette, Preparation and sanitation...
