Never heard of Andy's until now. It was pretty good. I had a Sunday with strawberries, banannas, and fudge. The ice cream was a kind of a soft serve type like you get at McDonalds or Dairy Queen. It came in a plastc cup like the kind you get at Starbucks when you order a cold drink. The price was just under $6. I think you can get a better ice cream for about the same price at places like Freezing Moo, Coldstone, etc. Plenty of choices around town. That's one reason why I give it an average score. The other is the experience. There is a row of benches you can sit on (no table) outside. Oddly, the bench is not under the shelter...so if it starts raining or the the sun is scorching, you either have to sit in your car and chance someone making a mess, or stand under the roof. No indoor seating. Still, if you have an impulse for a cold treat it isn't bad; it just...

It’s frustrating when you wait 15 minutes and pay nearly 15 dollars for 2 ice creams only to get home and discover that the custard has almost no toppings in it. The attached pic is in no way manipulated to hide toppings…I had to dig around with my spoon to find the few tiny pieces of peanut butter cups that were present. Additionally, the location seems to only fill the cups to about an inch below the top of the cup.
I never complain and I never leave reviews but this particular location might be one to avoid. It’s expensive ice cream..customers don’t like to feel like a business like that...
Read moreI love the concerts made with custard here. Haven't had much else. The staff is always friendly and up beat and they move a lot of people through in a short time.
The reason for my 4 star and not 5 is because they don't seem to treat their employees well. I want to support business who have a safe work environment. They have their employees outside taking orders in dangerously low temperature without the proper jacket, gloves and hat. I have been through the drivthru multiple times where you could see the person was visibly cold wearing only a light jacket, no gloves and no beanie cap and the temperature was under 20 degrees. When I asked why they didn't have a warm beanie cap on they said it was not allowed under...
