Watched the Chiefs Jacksonville game Sunday September 17th. Ordered dry rub wings, very good. BUT, after ordering a second beer I was denied. A selfish hater femsle bartender said I three up in the bathroom. Which is not true. I spoke to the manager. Nice guy. But some fat bar back backed him up on the untrue bathroom incident. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a hater staff. Un called for. Watch your self there with the hater staff. Ok, another terrible experience at the Brooksider Sports Bar n Gril...as I pulled into the parking lot the manager about ran un front of my car trying to sprint into the bar, probably because he was late to his job, then, confronted me on the patio of the bar in front of his patrons, very embarrassing experience. I proceeded to the bar, ordered a beer, before I could take a sip, the "same bar manager" said I must leave his bar because I gave a bad review weeks prior. What kind of manager does this? I have 30 years experience of people watching due to my job, and at no time did Will display any effects of alcohol. Furthermore, he did not raise his voice but it was more of a rhetorical question. I understand the server was not wanting to disturb him speaking to me, but the protocols of servers not going behind the bar to fetch a beer would over ride in this situation. We often go here for happy hour as graduate students after clinical and class. Literally were here 2 weeks ago. We recently went and as a 25 almost 26 year old I was denied and refused to be served at 4:30pm because they couldn’t “trust” my ID. I have a Tennessee ID, because again I am here for graduate school and they were so rude and literally mocking me saying I was lying. I offered to show my social security card and insurance card and they continued to laugh and said I could have water. I even asked if they could scan the ID.
