For all of you commenting about the day shift service or lack there of you hit the nail on the head. Please keep in mind it is day shift management calling the shots. They cannot keep good employees because the head of the store is an over barring nitpicking bully and liar. For an 8 hr + shift you are by law supposed to get a 30min lunch at least. In fast food it's almost impossible to get two 15 and a 30. Understandable. Your 30 is owed to you. There are employees there for 10 sometimes 12 hours without any type of break all while she sits in the office eating talking on the phone or sitting in the lobby chatting with her sister, pastor and running in and out jumping in the middle of her employees process throwing off their entire flow. Then scolding them because they get lost because she jumped in without communicating with whoever's duties she just stepped on. She is rude to customer with a smile as well as employees. The other supervisor on day shift kinda heavy set short brown skinned young girl is just as bad. She can't stand the store manager but is currently snaking all others to try getting the store manager position because the store manager is retiring. The store manager gives employee discounts to non employees but upholds the rules to the letter with employees. She had a girl there for a short time who wanted to give her employee meal to her bf who came from dialysis and needed to eat something. She was told she couldn't do that but gave the customer before him an employee discount even though he was not an employee and simply because she wanted to. The customers order didn't even get messed up. She hovers over the employees nitpicking about things as simple as a smile though they are focused on the register and finding what they are looking for. Picture how creepy and disingenuous that would look. I've watched her discipline her employees in front of customer, illegal and embarrassing, while she does exactly what she disciplined her employee for. A lot of the attitude stems from her nitpicking, hovering, cocky, relentless nagging to her employees. Just disgusting. One she loves to target is a short elderly lady. The sauce napkins and any distribution of condiments all come straight from her. Costs kept low she get a bonus. I will continue on a later date.. there is much more...
Read moreIt first started by me pulling up to the drive thru for them to tell me that they’re short staffed ok Koo no problem I then walks in n ain’t nobody in there working they all jus standing around talking n not taking orders i stood there for at least 5 mins before the cashier even recognized I was even standing there had it wasn’t for her co worker she would of never knew I was there so as I’m ordering I ordered a BACON MELT NO ONIONS apparently the cashier was so much of a rush trying to get out of there she mis interpreted what I said n rung up a PHILLY MELT like after I seen my receipt n she what she rung me up for she was walking thru the front w her purse while im trynna get her attention to correct my order she kept walking n played me off so im trying to explain to the next coworker about my order n she trying to tell me that both sandwiches are the same which they’re not but after a few mins she took my bag to fix my order n basically took off the Philly meat n added bacon which still had Onions which I didn’t ask for. moral of the story they wasnt short staffed they jus didn’t feel like working cause everybody was standing around...
Read more1 is a very generous rating for the service I received. I was there to pick up an order that was already marked as ready. Lobby was closed. I waited in drive through for over five minutes without one customer served. When I finally got to the window, they told me I had to pull over and wait for 10-15 minutes to make the order since they were short staffed. I tried to explain that the order was marked ready before I had even arrived. After arguing with me for five minutes, they realized that it had been ready the whole time. They had never even asked me who the order was for and wouldn't listen when I tried to tell them. After they finally realized they messed up, they then argued with me about when they were supposed to give me the food, saying that I had to confirm that they had given it to me before they were allowed to give it to me. You can't make this up. I'm glad I didn't have to eat the food. I'm guessing it was as foul as the language they used when...
