WORST subway experience EVER!!!, Had a few mins available on work lunch break and on an extreme diet, went to this location for a plain chicken salad wrap. Upon pulling into the parking, there was a ruckus outside as a young female was getting arrested. Upon entering the subway, woman on phone (who later identified herself as the manager) was rudely speaking loud on the phone to an obviously unhappy guest about how they'd 'remake the order but would be charged' all the while the 1 other workee there was busy with a large call-in order but acknowledged the presence of myself & the customer in front of me. When it got to be my turn, I asked for the chicken salad in a cup/bowl as I wouldn't eat the tortilla and didn't believe in wasting food. Rather than graciously accommodating me, the female manager snapped 'I'm gonna charge you 7.99 for that same as I would for the sandwich' to wit I replied that was fine, as I'm on a strict diet and very hungry, and after waiting I'd go ahead and take some crackers or the tortilla afterall being so hungry. She snapped that they don't have crackers since they don't offer soup and they don't have tortillas either. I asked if they were just out and she said no the signage was old (I had pointed to the decal of the chicken wrap on the glass and listing for the chicken wrap on the menu board) the other worker advised me it was flatbread and asked if I wanted it. I replied no since I can't eat bread currently but requested more of the chicken salad than what was in the cup. The manager again snapped saying that it was 1 scoop, all that was allowed. I would have gladly paid double for another scoop but it wasn't offered/suggested and her rude attitude at this point was enough for me. She rang it up (the machine asked for a tip!-as if after this experience they would get anything but a poor review) I had to ask for a lid and a fork for Christmas sake!...NEVER again will I patron this location and will highly NOT recommend. I found a Taco Bell at the end of the street that was more than happy to accommodate my diet restrictions-and appreciated...
Read moreI usually don’t like to leave a review at a place I usually go a few times a month. But it’s the only subway near my job. I never had a problem or felt embarrassed.
I ordered my sandwiches online for pick up. The order was fine, but during pick up at asked one of the employees that I was missing a cup. She told me she couldn’t give me one. I Informed her it’s part of my order. The app didn’t mention nothing about the machine being out of order. But it’s okay, Things happen.
Then the supervisor I assume or other worker looked at me while she was fixing a sandwiches with an attitude told me in a high tone voice that the machine was out to go get a bottle.
If you can’t handle pressure, a fast pace environment or unable to communicate then maybe this job is wrong for you or you need more training. I don’t want her to get fired but she does need to get spoken about this.
There’s customers or people in this world who might have some issues or ptsd when they are spoken a certain...
Read moreI wish you could give zero stars. A few members of the soccer team came here between games for a quick bite. It’s a small store so it filled up fast. The guy behind the counter was obviously frustrated that it was busy. He started yelling “there are too many people in here!” He then came from behind the counter and put some sort of note on the door, we didn’t get a chance to read the note but he yelled at customers to close the door as they came in and then yelled again there are too many people in here. One customer asked if he wanted us to leave and he mumbled something and then hatefully asked the next person what they wanted. The toaster started beeping and he went over and slammed it shut. Another customer asked for something and he said he didn’t have it, then yelled again there are too many people…that’s when 80% of the people in line walked out...
