Order taker did not listen even after repeating several times. Finally got the right info but wrong size, although he read it back & it was right he did not enter it right, got charged for an extra slushy in a flavor I said no to several times. Whoever made the food made things sloppy & horribly, the hot dog was old & hamburger seemed like it had been held past it's hold time .. the lettuce & tomato was space and that's being generous .. The girl who brought the order acted like what you want me to do & in fact I think she said that. I said well the order is wrong (size wise l) but no prob as long as he got the flavors right, & told we only ordered 2 meals, so shouldn't have 3 drinks unless the order guy wasn't paying attention & yep, that was the case. So trifecta in bad service: order taker did not pay attention & didn't put the order in completely right, the order fillers didn't make what the guy actually entered as the order right, & the expediter didn't check the order fir accuracy before it going out which was prob the girl who brought the food who didn't have the right attitude or personality to be dealing with customers... Maybe they were new but I don't think so because I work in customer service & I've worked & I've managed fast food places & it seemed like a case of I don't give a #*@! by the employees work performances & attitudes & service, they were all lazy, & were just there to make money & have a part (it smelled like weed & it wasn't coming from the girl who brought the food out or the other cars, smelled like it was coming out of the hood on the roof for the heat exhaust where the heat from the cooking exits the building, & the bag the food came in smelled funny! We get there and decide what we want at the stall and called to place our order, however the employee said the stalls we're closed even though they were all lit and on? And then we go through the drive through, order a blue raspberry ice cream slush, a Carmel shake, and a cookie and cream shake, pay, but they got it wrong. So we're sitting at a stall (thankfully they didn't make us go back through the drive through) waiting for them to fix my blue raspberry ice cream slush (they didn't put any ice cream... Just slush lol), and then we realized that two of our other drinks were the same flavor we had two caramel shakes, so we send one of the back for the cookies and cream shake. However, this is where it gets funny, these two truck dudes, one had a young kid with him, PARKED THEIR TRUCKS IN FRONT OF THE SONICS. Like bruh... Essentially they had wanted Sonic's so bad they parked in the street, a busy one at that. But wait... There's more. The truckers were arguing with the employees Because the stalls we're closed, and they would have to go through the drive through... But they had these big 16 wheelers so they couldn't. But them employees are so clutch they let the truckers use the stalls to order! After being overtalked by the order taker and repeating what I wanted on my burger 4 TIMES, I get my order and it's a dry burger! The girl opens the window and says something wrong? I inform her there's nothing on my burger. She says you had mustard only! I say no the receipt has everything but the mayo was left off. My husband ask for the manager he comes to the window, stands there and NEVER OPENS THE WINDOW. After my husband blows the horn a few times he opens the window looks at me and doesn't say ANYTHING. Never apologizes, never ask what is the problem or even holds a conversation with us at all. Very unprofessional, rude and certainly did not care what quality of food was being served. I ended up with a cold dry burger, a slush I had to ask for 5 times and it was still wrong. I pray the management changes at this location.
