Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kansas City

Quite possibly the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Got there at like 9:30 or 10 pm and was the first and only person in the drive thru. They told me though the speaker to come to the window to order, which I did. The lady asked me if there were cars behind me (no there weren’t, but I’m so confused as to why she had to ask me…). She then listed off like 8 ingredients that they were out of. Ok. Fine. Then, after I ordered and paid for my single item, a cheesy Gordita crunch, she told me to pull around to the parking lot and wait there. I did so…and proceeded to wait for a full half hour. While I waited, I could clearly see several employees inside laughing and talking to a few other people who weren’t employees. The doors were locked, so there was no way to get their attention. One kid was apparently in charge of running out orders to the parking lot. I watched like 3 other cars get their food before me. It took forever to get his attention. I had to step out of my car and yell to him before he dashed back inside and locked the door. He asked what i ordered, so I told him again. Like 10 minutes later, a different kid came to my car window and handed me a bag without asking my name or my order, so I asked him if it was a cheesy Gordita crunch. He mumbled to himself but didn’t answer me and walked away to hand it to another car. Meanwhile, the non-employee people who were inside earlier got into their car. Within minutes, I was watching them get bags and bags of food delivered to their car. It was maddening! I was about to leave when they finally got my order out. By then I was the only car left in the lot and I was so frustrated and exhausted that I just thanked them and left. I’m a pretty patient and understanding person. I know that fast food jobs are rough and people don’t get paid enough for what they do…and I don’t think I’ve ever left a review of a specific fast food location, but this one is an exception. Every time I’ve been here has been a nightmare, but this last time was the final straw for me.

Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this store and it appears that there is little to no oversight or employee...

This is the worst taco bell in Kansas city. I pulled in at 11 at night. The first thing was said was, we are out of tomatoes, sour cream, and taco sauce. I repeated it just to make sure of what she said. The actual manager came back on and said, if you knew what I said then why are you repeating it. I was like wow, am I being pranked. So I went to talk to her about her behavior and to let her know that your putting this young cashier in harms way by talking to customers like that, she doubled down in attitude and jazziness. She was very comfortable in knowing nothing was gonna happen to her. I called customer service and told them about the incident so they forwarded it to the district manager of the area and I was suppose to receive a call. Never did, so I guess that is why they are so comfortable disrespecting customers because they are stressed out and the General Manager is running out of the most important ingredients in Taco bell. If the district manager don't care then, everyone under their jurisdiction will take the same attitude. This was the poorest experience I have had from any restaurant. This is why I stepped down from General Manager of quick service restaurants because you don't have the support needed so you just work until your burnt out and...

Literally spent $29.00 through the app at 11:40 pm showed up at parkway at 11:50-11:55 had to wait 3 minutes for fries i guess so I pull around wait in the front then get back in line agin to go back through drive through at that time i was 5th car in line I waited 10-15 minutes which turned into a long ass wait when I got to my house and checked my bag my 2 regular nacho fries looked like they split 1 medium between two of the orders and my 3 tubs of nacho cheeses had 1/8 of an inch in each one and my 12 pack of Cinnabons were not in the bag I was pissed I spent $29.00 like shit so I drove back down there explained what was wrong with my fries and missing Cinnabons at first they just gave me what I was missing didn’t even care about the insufficient bullshit with the fries when I showed the girl my fries and nacho containers thats when the lady took them back and replaced them like im not paying full price for something to get the shit ripped off cant even order fast food and get the correct stuff or even get good service wont be spending my hard earned money here...
