Well, where do I start? Drive-thru wedding was about 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the speaker. When she did come on we were told please wait. After about another 10 or so minutes she came back on to finish our order then then again told us to hold on so we did. Imagine hearing the song from Jeopardy while doing this. After the long wait she finally came back to take our order we gave our order then told us when we ordered the catfish we're out of catfish. After making all the changes and getting the order in it was probably another 10 or so minutes before we actually got to the window to get our food. Set again hold us to hold on so we did. Moments past and finally my husband over here the woman telling people at the front counter that there out of coleslaw after we had already ordered coleslaw with our meal. So he asked someone at the window to change the missing coleslaw to a baked potato. After a few moments of that we finally get all our food but one thing was missing. We didn't get our sweet tea so we chat to wait about another 5 minutes to get our gallon of sweet tea. This is been a very challenging evening going through their drive thru I will probably never...

When this location opened back up in the area I was so excited! Who doesn’t like batter dipped fresh made fresh to order??? The first couple of times I ate there everything was so good. The last few times I’ve tried to eat there the fish was very subpar. The texture of the “fish” was dense and meaty kinda like chicken strips. The flavor was off too, kinda sour. I returned the meal hoping it was just a simple mistake, like maybe they handed me the wrong box. (They also sell chicken strips that look similar to the fish when battered) But they assured me that No that’s fish. I replied uhm no it’s not, this has the texture of chicken. I didn’t want a refund just for my order to be made correct. She persisted “it’s fish”, involved every worker who was in the restaurant working about their opinion. Then the cook also came to the window and said “ma’am that’s definitely fish, I just fried it, I don’t even fry my fish and chicken in the same grease, so I know it’s fish”. For the record I’m a chef, and I pride myself on having an excellent palate. It DIDN’T taste, feel or breakdown easily like fish does when you eat it, there was ALot of chewing, and when I inspected it the meat was condensed down like meat, fish is flaky when cooked properly. We ordered the family sampler. It said our order would be ready at 7:55 PM.We are 10 minutes away. Our order was not ready until 8:55 PM. 2 bags was brought out to the car. We did not get a receipt. As I said we ordered family sampler which was supposed to include hush puppies & shrimp however both was not in our bags.we got 4 bread rolls- 2 was not edible. The shrimp was not included nor was the extra shrimp we paid extra for. Our fish was covered in burnt crumbles. When I called I got a woman with an attitude who told me I was wrong & she made order personally. Then when I told her about how long it took she said "Yeah, well there's just 2 of us here". And told me to go on line with complaint. But it kept telling me to call where order was made. I gave 2 stars only because we did get some of our food. They know this area needs restaurants so they assume we'll put up with bad service. But they need to make sure to have plenty of TRAINED help.

I have called as well as sent message but have not heard back.

Three months & they never have tried to give refund for food they charged for but never gave. Lousy service...
