I WISH THERE WAS A SUCH THING AS NO STARS! DO NOT EAT HERE! I should’ve taken a picture but I honestly thought it was just a bad batch and they would remake it and i would be good because i’ve been here multiple times before. Their chicken was chewy and so gummy and so fatty and disgusting not a solid decent peace in sight! I can tear some Chinese food up but not this one, I took the first bite of the chicken and spit it out. I drove back to try and get something else. The worker kept suggesting things i don’t eat. So then After i said no to everything she was suggesting, she proceeds to tell me that next time i shouldn’t get the chicken since i don’t like it, well i told her i don’t eat anything but chicken so i felt like she was basically, passive aggressively telling me not to come back. Mind you she also stated several times that the chicken isn’t always like that but that’s what they have right now. 🤔And then the worker had the nerve to ask me if it was my first time there and I said no and she gone say she hadn’t seen me before and that she has been working there for X amount of years. I had a roach crawl out on my bag with my food. I did not eat as soon as i came home because I had to leave. I don't have roaches and they tie knots in their bags and put a piece of card board between both containers. I called today to return my order for refund and the woman told me I was crazy.. i told her I was going to call the heath department and was told they have checked before and did not find any. That tells me I am not the first to complain. I will be calling them and it will be when they least expect it. Right now they are going to try fox the problem. They think we are crazy for reporting roaches in their establishment I guess we are crazy for buying their food too. I am. Never again. I’m giving it five stars because my food was tasty and the portion was huge. I was in the mood for some Chinese and it was late on Monday night , already 9 PM. The place doesn’t look too whippy, so, I wasn’t expecting it to taste as good as it did , but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered garlic chicken with vegetables and it was a large. And a large crab Rangoon order (6) pieces . It was $17 with tax. So it was like $10 for the garlic chicken and about $5 dollars for the crab Rangoon + tax. I’d say there is enough for three or four people. I also got the fried rice that came with it instead of white rice . I thought the fried rice was also very tasty. Totally satisfied!
