Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que (To Go Only) — Restaurant in Kansas City

Famous Dave's is the best hidden secret located inside of a take out ONLY ghost kitchen located inside of Granite City Food & Brewery (Kansas City MO). I was literally driving to The Legends (Kansas City, Kansas) when we wanted some Famous Dave's. I was met by Arianna, who is the best. She was so helpful in answering all of my questions. Price was raised from $30-$40 on the feast for two. That’s a big jump in price. The corn muffins were dried out, the coleslaw had a slightly rotten taste and we had to throw it out, the chicken was so over cooked that there was absolutely no moisture. The brisket was tender but no smoke flavor and the only thing that was good were the ribs, beans and fries… although one rib was nothing but fat and another rib was just bone. I used to love famous Dave’s but we won’t be going back. Another thing is they gave us one packet of barbecue sauce and one wet wipe. I ordered online and picked up an order today. I got home to realize I was missing several items. I didn't receive beans, coleslaw, or the original 4 corn muffins that should have come with the All-American BBQ Feast. When I called for a refund of the missing items, I was hurried off the phone with just a quickly spit out email (that doesn't work) and then was hung up on.
