Really busy place. There we crowds of customers drinking. The place isn’t really defined what country of Central American it is because their staple plate is the delicious Pupusa of El Salvador 🇸🇻 yet the beer sold is mainly Honduran 🇭🇳. Although they also have Colombian 🇨🇴 beer and Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 beer. Any other Central American available besides Gallo. I would say it’s more Latin American than anything else. Well, here in Kansas City there aren’t that many options in these type of Latin American restaurants. With that being said and knowing cultural experiences among alcohol may not be such a family friendly environment unless you are used to it. The waitress were amicable and efficient. The Pupusas were and good size and very tasty unfortunately Pupusas made with rice masa are still hard to find in the KC area. I’m giving this review a strong 3 because I ordered a ceviche cocktail and it was truly disappointing especially since it was $19.99. Very dry no juice. The shrimp was chopped up and had pieces of shell and was very bland to be a ceviche. Moreover, I understand lime is at a record all time high, but when I ask for some slice’s of lime I was not informed a dollar charge incurred for a very small amount of rock hard limes. I know a dollar isn’t much, but if I was informed before hand I probably wouldn’t of bothered. The parking isn’t really easy to park in or back out...
Read moreNO STARS, very displeased with the staff.
My wife went here with her friends who are all married and prominently wear their wedding rings. An older man who identified h imself as the owner brought beers over and said they were free for the pretty ladies. They thanked him very much and accepted the beers. Later he brought another round, also for free. My wife said they thought he was just being a nice guy.
When finished eating and prepared to leave he asked who was going home with him for the night. He was very rude when he was declined and his whole demeanor changed. If this was a joke, it wasn't funny to my wife and her friends and in any case, he did not appear to be joking.
He called at them as they left that they would be buying their own beers next time.
First, there won't be a next time, second, if anyone had known those beers would come with an expectation of sex they would have refused them, and lastly, his comment as they left confirms that he absolutely expected reciprocation.
It is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional to behave this way to customers.

Read moreLast night my little sisters and her friends went to dinner for a birthday and had the worst experience. They ate dinner at 8pm and entered a restaurant full of drunk men who had obviously been over served. They acted like they had never seen a female before and proceeded to heckle and hollar at them. Throughout the whole dinner they were being stared at, openly talked about, pointed at and just overall harassed by the people who were drinking there. The same man were grabbing the waitresses and acting unruly with every female who walked in. The owner was present and acted like everything was normal and proceeded to serve and joke around with the restaurant as if everything was normal. He did nothing to stop their behavior that obviously made the environment alienate women. My family and friends will not be coming here again despite...
