The service I was given today was horrible. I dont go to Sonic a lot and this location has always done great. Today was unacceptable. I left without checking my order, got home and was missing mozzarella sticks. Normally I wouldn't have cared but that was the whole reason I went there so I called and was told twice that they knew for sure they packed them in my bag. So I was pretty much called a liar. So I said I would bring the bag back and the lady hung up, no apology nothing. I got there and they brought out the missing mozzarella sticks. I asked the car hop of she would make the rest of the order fresh because everything was cold now. She said no. I asked for a manager and she came back out and said "she" was not available and walked away. I honked my horn and a young guy came out and told me to leave. I said not till I speak to a manager. A tall man came out and introduced himself as the manager, even though the car hop said she earlier. I asked for a new burger and onion rings cause what I had was now cold. He took my bag and what I can only assume warmed up the whole bag instead of making new. God only knows what else they did to it. I contacted Corp and they are escalating this issue. I then went to another sonic and bought a whole new order and trashed what was given to me at the original location. I never complain about an order but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I hope someone is held accountable for this because I will not go back to this location again. I think feeling like I was called a liar tipped me over the edge. I also forgot that I even left a $2.00 tip so my total was $24.77 as per the second receipt.

Read moreI went to this location on June 9, 2017, pulled up to stall #11 and pressed the red button. Took 5 minutes to greet with only 3 other cars in the surrounding stalls, actually two because one pulled off before they got to me. When they finally got to me "What you want to order" was the greeting. Then the young woman proceeds to have a conversation with a coworker about how she does not want to be there and begins to talk negatively about someone else currently on the job, meanwhile I had already mentioned a few things before the disagreement broke and nothing was on the screen. I gave them a second and then she muted the mic I guess only to say "go with your order" and break back out into fussing with coworkers. Pretty soon I heard the voices closer and looked out my window to see that two employees were fist fighting and two were watching but I think they called themselves "mediating." For about 7 minutes, I waited at this stall and received no further communication nor was my order put in. I went to the next stall and pressed the button to no avail. Eventually, I went through the drive-thru and waited another 20 minutes only to get the wrong order. When I finally did get my order after another 10 minutes of waiting at the window I didn't even get the shake I ordered, I was given chocolate instead of Caramel. During the second string of waiting for my correct I noticed am employee just chilling, talking on her cell phone by the drink station and occasionally she might start a drink but still with her phone to her ear, like WHAT??! While I have had bad experiences with this location, I have never experienced anything this extreme that honestly ruined my appetite for sonic by the time I got my incorrect order or made me want to stop going. Read moreMost of the employees here are very nice but the brunette woman with tattoos has been unbelievably rude for no reason every single time I’ve interacted with her. Today I picked up a mobile order and added some sides of ranch to my order. She was clearly irritated when she brought out my order, whatever I get it. Before driving off I checked the bag and there was only one ranch. No big deal, I’ll just go through the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and right off the bat she barks at me asking what I wanted. I explained I just got my order and nicely asked for a couple sides of ranch since I only got one. She snapped back that ranch is $0.25 and I already got one. There’s a 5 condiment limit in the app, so if I was exceeding that I’d understand paying extra but if I can get 5 free in the app why am I being charged??? Even then I would have just paid if she didn’t speak to me so rudely. I wasn’t trying to argue so I just said okay and drove off. I’m a server myself and am empathetic to others in the industry but she needs to find a new job if she’s this miserable at work...
