Ok, I went here because of the reviews I saw online. Mind you, I have eaten at a whole lot of authentic Mexican restaurants. Well , well, well, this place here is by far one of the worst Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at in my entire 40 years. First, I would like to say if you are a dine in restaurant why do customers have to pay for their orders first. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant like that. Secondly, the prices are way way too high. I am a vegetarian. Tell me why I was charged over $30+ for only 4 items total. Nasty queso that was not hot, very clumpy, literally. You would think when you order a dish like I order it would come with other things to eat with it. Like at other Mexican restaurants when you order a dish. Especially dine in, they bring you chips & salsa. Well, not here, an extra charge. I ordered the veggie burrito for my main dish. Which was an absolute joke when it arrived. The burrito was thick in size but was not wrapped as it should be. The taste was absolute the worst, bland, as all get out. No taste at all, no season whatsoever. YES, YOU HEARD ME NO SEASONING WHATSOEVER. As I said, I'm a vegetarian, and it really doesn't take a lot to feed someone with like myself. But at least put some type of seasoning on the food. I saw that the dish was just that, the dish, no extra, no sides far as beans, rice on the side. You had to pay for rice, which you would think it would come with the order. Well, not here, the BEST THING ABOUT MY ORDER WAS, I ORDER SOME GUACAMOLE WHICH WASN'T BAD. FOR $30+, which at another Mexican restaurant is enough money for 2 people to dine in. I do not, and I repeat do no waste your time at this place. Oh yeah I did not eat all this mess, I left it just how you see it in...
Read moreThe new cure in the atmosphere is very cool the people there were very courteous and friendly and the staff look like they kept the restaurant very well clean. The food was subpar and a little overpriced. There's several other Mexican restaurants in Northland that I feel have a better quality to price ratio. But that's just my opinion if you haven't tried it at least go check them out and make your own opinion. If you want something quick and fast that's the place they go to they had the food to us very quickly. It's a different style of ordering you can order on your phone or you have to walk up to the counter and then they bring it out to your table I always feel like kind of awkward to have to tip before you have any service. But luckily I had no worries at that place again the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would send people here but I would let them know it's more like fast Mexican food rather than sit down and eat dinner with your family type of restaurant. On a side note I got the Jamaica and I thought it was very plain I've had several different Jamaica's and I've even made it at home several times and I just thought...
Read moreNothing special. Found on google and went due to high stars. Its basically sit down fast food Mexican.
The $2 salsa for the chips and salsa was great taste but very small portion and salsa for burrito was mid. Beef burrito was rather salty and came with meat and cheese and nothing to make it unique or really flavorful. Veggie burrito was massive but rather soggy and fell apart due to liquid.
They ask if you want for here or to go but then give you all styro foam containers for eating in. Why pollute the planet so much? Overall great business model for subpar Mexican food with limited overhead if they dont even pay a staff to wait tables and wash dishes like a family owned sit down restaurant (which is where everyone should be eating for quality Mexican food).
We didnt finish the food. WIll not be back.
Advice: Charge less. Offer reusable dishes for people dining in. $2 for limited chips and salsa?!? Everywhere else offers unlimited for free! Figure out some kind of sauce for your burritos and...
