One the most discriminatory disrespectful Encounter I’ve ever had because of my religion. I pulled up to this location and tried to access the lobby at approximately 9:20pm to place an order with several other customers. Note on door said to use pickup window. So I did, pulled up to window, 5min later a lady came to the window opened it and just looked at me. There was No “hello, do You have a pick, may I help you” nothing! Just stared at me. I said Hi, I wanted to come in to place an order but since there are cars behind me I’m going to order it online and come back through, she said “yes it takes about 15-20min”. I pulled up into the parking lot and proceeded to place an order. One of my orders was a p’zone, online i didn’t have an option to adjust what comes in the p’zone. I wanted all the veggies and beef. So I ordered a supreme and figured I can pull up to the window and let her know that I don’t want any pork on my p’zone. Literally seconds after submitting the order, I pulled up to window and tried to get her attention but she walked right by the window and ignored me for about 5min. I can see through the window that she isn’t busy and just watching pizza’s come through the oven. Finally she comes to the window because I kept trying to get her attention. She opened window and just stared again. I said I want to adjust my order I just submitted, she said with an attitude your order is half way through the oven. There was no possible way this is the case, especially since they’re as busy as she said. She didn’t even know my name or what I ordered. She slammed window went back to kitchen and came back said “what is it?” I said ma’am I don’t want any pork in my p’zone supreme. She said I needed to be more specific than that. I said “just leave out anything that is pork” she said well there Muslim pork(in the most disrespectful manner) there is ppl that just don’t eat pork etc. And I’m looking at her like what does that have to do with anything? I said do u know what pork is? She continued with a major attitude since she found out I’m Muslim “ yea well there the 2 sausages, ham, and pepperoni” so I said exactly could u leave all those out” she said you should have did that online. I said ma’am I didn’t see the option for that that’s why I hurried up and came to the window and kept trying to get ur attention. I wanted to order through the lobby anyway like I always do because of the adjustments I need to make but it’s closed when it’s never been closed this early before. She said we close it around 8-830! I asked, you don’t even have a set time when u close your lobby? She said yes when ever we feel like it. In the mean while another Emp is hearing this and shouted out “ does he want us to hold the spit too”!!. She looked at me and she said do you want your pizza or not. I said no thank you not from here. She slammed window and walked away. All this was on camera and I will reveal this interaction for the people to see the type of people employed by...
Read moreWe ordered online at 8:52pm, with an expected delivery time of 9:30-9-40pm. At 9:26, we were notified that our order had been delivered. I am well aware that sometimes my address can be confused, as I am XYZ Avenue, and the next street over is XYZ Terrace. Mail has been mixed up a few times. So we venture outside the house to drive the neighborhood seeing if our order was delivered to the house on the parallel street. Nothing. We pull back up to our home, about to call the store, when our delivery driver shows up almost 20 minutes after the time our order showed as delivered. It seemed like he was high, and said he "marks the orders as delivered before [he] leave the store so [he] can get the in-store rate instead of the delivery rate". We called him out on this saying that was outrageous, and all he has to say is "I'd recommend waiting 30 minutes after it says delivered". We called the store 3 times, but went to the call center. One person was working on filing a report for us, then he came back from the hold line and hung up on us. We called back, reached the same call center with a different person, Barbara. She was very short with us and rude. She also hung up on us. We called again, and finally got through to the store we were calling, but the first thing out of the supervisors mouth was "we closed early for the evening". After explaining the situation, he tried to defend it saying "we only do that under certain circumstances, for delivery times, store money, he needed to grab other deliveries so door dash drivers wouldn't..." etc. After offering us a refund, all he could do was issue a credit to our account. That is unacceptable to me, because hearing that a SUPERVISOR defended the actions of manipulating the system and misleading the customer, I do not EVER want to order from Pizza Hut again. I'd rather order from a chain that has worse pizza but better customer service that won't hang up on you multiple times, and defend misleading...
Read moreI used the app, prepaid for an order. Went to the drive-up window; sat there for over 15 minutes, with a line behind me. The people in the store would not answer the window. They kept turning their heads, purposely avoiding answering the window.
Gave up, and went inside to pick up my prepaid order. After waiting patently in line, I’m at the counter and then they finally decided to help the person that was behind me at the drive-up window.
Finally, when it is my turn, I’m being told my “Mr. Painter” that I have to pay cash for my items. (Remember, I already paid in full with credit card.)
I didn’t have enough cash in my pocket, so I had to get more money from my truck. I gave him the cash, and asked for my change. Nothing of this experience said they deserved a tip. After I asked for my change, he still refused to give it too me. So I asked again for my change and a supervisor. (Since I wanted to know why I was having to pay for it twice.) So he gets mad, tells calls the police and tells them I’m refusing to leave. He never asked me to leave, but lied to the police. (Note: I was not loud, yelling, naughty or otherwise did anything to get the police called. I should have called the police for having pay for the pizza twice.). What’s funny, despite the clerks disappointment, the police gave me my stuff and my cash, as I already paid for it. Mr. Painter had the egg on his face. Too bad the stuff was old now and had to be thrown away.
It’s simple: I went there, just simply to get a prepaid pizza order. It’s like “Here’s your stuff, thank you”. That’s all that was necessary, no drama needed. It was just a simple, trivial and mundane task. All the clerk did was create drama, ruin my order and tick off customers.
Pizza Hut on Vivian is one to avoid, now.
I am wondering if the clerk there was just trying to pad...
