I would give them ZERO STARS but it won't let me. My husband is an over the road truck driver and uses Grub Hub so he can eat when he has no other options available. Last night he ordered Qdoba and the ticket clearly said include utensils and guess what was not in the bag. This was not the drivers fault how ever after my husband gave him a $20.00 tip the driver was happy to drive 2 blocks to QT and get him some so he could eat his meal. My husband reached out to Grub Hub about what happened and they said there was nothing they could do except offer him 60 days free of GH+ so he wouldn't have to pay delivery fees. I called the store to see what they could do since this was there mistake. Megan the manager who was very nice called her manager RON to see how to issue a refund who told her there was nothing they could do but offer us free chips or a side which does a truck driver NO good when he it's from the area and was only in KC for a delivery. I was given RONS number and attempted to call him so we could possible resolve this issue and was very rudely told no I'm not talking to you call me at the store tomorrow then HUNG UP on me. I did call the store back and spoke with Megan again to get the information to contact the regional manger for the store and when she called ROB and asked for the email for Eddie he refused to give it to her and told her to tell me to call him tomorrow at the store she was happy to provide me with the phone number to the Corp Office which I will be calling.
My boyfriend and I came to this location and saw they had a new shrimp flavor. I was so excited but had only ever ordered chicken, I used to order qdoba weekly when I worked at a retail store nearby another location. I have ordered this particular location for delivery before and not had an issue, however, today was different.
We ordered and I was asking for a recommendation between the steak and the shrimp as i had never ordered either one, the worker said “idk” and just waited for me to pick one (which is fine but I also believe that you should know the product that you’re serving so it was also slightly disappointing that there was no recommendation, but maybe he was new) another worker said hands down the shrimp! So I ordered that. While getting a shrimp bowl there were only 3 pieces of shrimp left. The guy looked annoyed and said we were out, again, waiting for another selection. He called out for more to be made and then moved on to my boyfriend who ordered steak and shrimp in his quesadilla. Since we were both getting shrimp we decided to wait since they said it would be 8 min. After waiting longer than 8 minutes, I noticed the color of the shrimp that was being added was WAY less marinated and looked much less appetizing, so I asked about it and they said it was bc they just poured it into the sauce that was already on the line. Then when I was asking a man who had been walking around without his apron on (and a severely stained shirt) said that my boyfriend was unable to get shrimp on his quesadilla when they had already applied it to his quesadilla….the guy tried to argue with us bc we said “well it’s already on it…and we’ve waited like 10 min” so we just ended up walking out. Read moreProbably the worst qdoba I have visited. We walked in we were the only people in the restaurant it was about 830 pm we are from out of town and qdoba in our town is amazing. We walked in and stood at the beggining for 5 minutes waiting on the workers to stop talking and acknowledge all three of us. He asked what I wanted so I told him he put half a scoop of rice half a scoop of chicken and asked if I wanted anything else I said tomatoes and corn and he walked off and made my friends bowl the other guy finally walked over to make my other half of my bowl and when I asked about pico he said they were out and didn’t offer to grab anymore so I go sit down with my bowl and my two people with their food the coworkers were sitting at tables yelling at the people at the food area cracking up about random things cursing and just being very childish. A coworkers friends walked in and the coworker grabbed food from the container with chips and handed it to them filled to the brim bowls for people not paying went to walk outside with them and turned around to get them cups for soda. Kinda just ignoring the situation at this point realizing the people walking in walked up to the front and got ignored for 5 minutes aswell waiting on the coworkers to finish their convos and laugh and screw around to take there order.
