What an experience I received today, never was ment to come to the store but I did. So from the beginning, I made an uber order with this store (an $85 purchase might I add.) waited for my food at home like any normal person. Food gets here & we only receive 4 drinks for our order… ONLY. I contact uber and I submit a review to customer service.. I didn’t get a response right away and i now have to wait for uber while still not having my food && now lm out $85 with no food. So I drove to the store where I ordered my food from.. spoke to a very nice associate who went and grabbed her manager and I tell him my issue. I show him what my uber driver bought, just 4 drinks. He starts telling me that he packed that order and gave it to the uber driver to take himself, (so he first tried blaming the uber driver… ) he turns around and low and behold there is my bag of food. It’s been 1 hour since I ordered my food. He tries to give me this bag of cold food with a MELTED milkshake. I obviously refused. It’s been an hour.. I order my food on uber eats for the convenience of not having to leave my home for this food. Now it’s cold. And inconvenient. I asked the manager if he can remake the food cause clearly he did not in fact give it to the uber driver personally like he had said. And he tries to give me a BS policy. He remade the piece of the order that was missing. So I did appreciate them remaking my order. Once I got the bag of food this manager packed this so idiotically that even my 4 year old questions the bagging. He put sauce at the bottom, 2 half wrapped burgers on the top of those, 40 nuggets on top of the two small burgers and two half wrapped burgers on tops. So squished food on top of the manager being rude cause he indeed did not give my food to the uber driver. Happy I got my food but it was never suppose to go to this extent. Ordering food in a drive-thru, being told to pull into one of the parking spots and they will bring out your order, only to wait 15-20 minutes and have to go into the store and retrieve it yourself. The first time this happened here i was told to pull up and wait for an ice cream cone. Let that sink in. After 15 minutes, I went in to inquire after my order and was met with blank stares, confusion, and attitude, the “oh wait here it is”—-then I was handed an ice cream cone, mostly melted and upside down in a sundae cup that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Same deal with a breakfast order a few weeks ago, same routine. Told to pull up and after 10-15 had to go retrieve an order that was just sitting on the counter. Noted plenty of staff inside store. Then today male friend went inside only to be ignored in favor of other patrons, then told the register was closed, was not invited to step over to another register, and for whatever reason basically ignored while the cashier greeted others with a friendly welcome. Finally he had to insist she take his order. Attitude and rudeness. Placed and paid for order. He waited for his number to be called. Same employee Calling out numbers, never called his number. He waited for 17 minutes and she never called his number. All attitude when he asked as he noticed other people with higher numbers called and getting their food. Rude “here it is” shoving a bag that had been sitting on the counter FOR 15 MINUTES. He informed her that he would like a new order since that food was cold and she never called his number. She snatched up the bag and huffed about it. We will NEVER return to this McDonalds. All customers should be treated the same, with the same level of courtesy and service. Two stars only because the food is consistent with McDonalds store-to-store standards. Oh, and there were plenty of staff, as we counted at least 8 staff members that...
Read moreEvery time I’ve ever gone to this McDonald’s location I’ve always had a bad experience, in terms of how long they take; but it’s such a convenient location, I thought I’d give them another try. That was a mistake.
The first problem was that the person taking my order over the kiosk seemed very confused when I told him I had a coupon (and what it was for) for taking a prior McDonald’s survey. It was very hard to hear him, as well, because there was so much background noise.
Then, when I pulled to the first window (there was no wait), the girl also seemed confused when I handed her the receipt with the “McDVoice” survey code. She kept trying to call for another employee to help hed. I told her that since my order didn’t actually contain two identical sandwiches, maybe she could change my Double Qtr Pounder with Cheese to another double cheeseburger instead; that way, one of those sandwiches would be free. Instead of even acknowledging my suggestion/request, she gave me the single hamburger — the cheapest of all the sandwiches we ordered — free.
It was such a hassle that I didn’t even say anything else; I just paid what she asked and moved up to the second window. Where I sat for 12 minutes. For a hamburger, cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, a double quarter pounder with cheese, and a cup of water! All very “normal” menu items. The wait time was ridiculous and unreasonable; I felt so bad for the people behind me. No apology (that I remember) nor explanation as to the reason for the wait time.
Lastly, I had asked for a cup of water, and apparently I was charged for that, too.
