If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up dinner for Hubby at 5pm on a Sunday evening. Only 1 drive thru lane was open, and that lane snaked all the way around the building. After waiting for 10 minutes in line with no movement, I decided to leave the line and go inside. I made my order on the kiosk and selected to pay at the counter. No ticket was printed, and there were already approx 7 people waiting in the lobby so I took a seat. The young man working the counter - was not taking orders, and when he completed orders, he screamed out the number and threw the food on top of the counter. One order once he screamed the number and they weren't immediately at the counter he threw the happy meal box of food onto a shelf behind the counter and walked away. This young man was also running food for people that had ordered in line and were moved up waiting on their food. He was obviously stressed, mumbling under his breath, kicking the door open and cursing each time he had to run an order outside. I waited patiently in my seat until a few orders had been picked up. The gal with the order for the Happy Meal stood at the counter but no one came back to the counter to give her the meal she ordered. She ended up having to go behind the counter herself to pick her order from the shelf. After everyone in front of me picked up their orders I went back to standing in the lobby thinking I would be next. A few other orders that had come in after me were then screamed out. I was at the counter and asked the young man about my order as I didn't get a print out and had opted to pay at the counter not via the kiosk. The young man started hollering at me - what do you want lady??? I again stated I had placed my order on the kiosk with option to pay at counter but now other meals were being completed, what had happened to my order. The look this young man gave me was a glare of frustration. He said Lady I don't know. I said look, I understand your frustrated by do not take it out on the customer, I just came in your establishment to spend my money and place an order. He starts screaming at me I don't know what you want lady. I again stated what I had previously said and the so called Manager stepped up and said hey what is going on - the young man continued to scream at me. I tried to explain to the supposed Manager - who had no name tag. Actually all employees were in street clothes with no identification or name tags. I again reiterated to the Mgr what this issue was and he stated - its been a rough day. I said hey I understand that but no reason to take it out on the customers. Another employee (male) then stepped up and tried to join the conversation waving his hands at me so now I am facing 3 people who are all yelling at me because I wanted to place an order!?!? The manager then said - just leave. I asked him for his name, the owner name and the corporate number, he shook his head and said no - just leave. I left, very unnerved and upset. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not ever go to McDonalds again. This location and any other. I am done with McDonalds. I don't usually eat it by hubby does. He can go but I will not. Read more10-7-24 around 8:15pm I ordered 2 double burgers 1 big Mac and a med. fry. I RECEIVED 1 BIG MAC AND 1 MED. ICE COLD FRY! (THANK GOODNESS I TRIED THEM FIRST) THEN I COME AND WAS PUTTING THE FRIES IN THE BAG AND NOTICED THE DOUBLE HAMBERS WAS IN THE BAG SO I HAD TO GO IN AND GET THEM BUT WAS TOLD I WAS A LIAR BY A WORKER WHO JUST IN FROM OUTSIDE AND STATED HE BAGGED MY ORDER HIS SELF! SO I INFORMED HIM HE'S THE LIAR AS YOU WAS OUTSIDE. TO BE HONEST I BELIEVE HE WAS HIGH! THEN THE MADE THE ORDER OVER AGAIN AND STILL MESSED IT UP!!! A DOUBLE HAMBURG DON'T HAVE CHEESE!!!! MY HUSBAND DIDN'T GET TO EAT HIS DINNER DUE TO THE CHEESE AS HE CAN EAT THE FAKE CHEESE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. YOU WORKERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WE DESERVE BETTER SERVICE AND DOUBLE CHECK EACH ORDER FOR ACCURACY!!!!!
NOT MENTION THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE SO THEY CAN HEAR WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH THEIR SERVICE!!! SO THE MANAGER CAN CORRECT THE EMPLOYEES AND TEACH THE EMPLOYEE HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPECTFULLY!!!!

Read moreI order via the app. I asked no onions or pickles on my order each time I went. It was obvious that the burger was pre-made and sitting, then they put it on a new bun. There was still pickle juice and onions on both double cheese burgers, the fries were cold, and one time I ordered two diet Dr Pepper and got one diet Dr Pepper and one Coke. After the third time getting the same burger mistake I decided to take it in and asked for the manager, I got someone but based on their response they weren't the manager (maybe a shift leader of some type) I asked why my order was so difficult and their response was that they grill the onions on the burgers(stop trying to be white castle) but that they should have made fresh ones when I ordered them without. I told them what I wrote above and they said they didn't want to upset their cook. I've worked many fast food jobs and the place needs some restructuring if the cook who is bad at their job is in charge. I have also gone twice at late night and had zero issues getting good food(only reason for the extra star). It's weird to see a better night crew at McDonald's than...
