Musalletis — Restaurant in Kansas City

Ordered the all meat with mushrooms. I did have it delivered. On the delivery site, I had no clue what size I was getting so I was shocked when this,larger than I think others call large pizza came. My son,14, can n will eat a whole large pizza from other places. This was got him! lol he ate 2 1/2 slices. We actually had left overs for a change lol (there’s only 2 of us now). My only complaints are the lack of sauce n wish the crust had some extra taste to it. It was a lil hard getting it down unless you had a drink to help it. I had some marinara left over so I decided to forego our next pasta meal to put on the pizza. Lastly it was over cooked so some of the meat was In edible. We did our best to pick it out. Dunno which meat. It was either hamburger or sausage not sure. I might try them again. The price was right! The size was amazing. But do you forgo the lack of sauce and hard bits of meat over another pizza place you’ve gone to over n over. This was our first time trying this place. Ordered 2x of Thigh, Drumstick and Wing and only received 2 breasts and 1 wing. I immediately called Slice customer service and they tried reaching out to the store who said since their manager wasn’t in they could not do anything until next day.

Next day received word that since they couldn’t see the food was wrong they could not issue a refund. That’s ridiculous. I supported Musalletis even when they had their second and third locations. I will not be ordering again if they can’t just admit fault and simply refund me. Train your staff and...
