Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kansas City

First off, this is my go-to Pizza Hut. I've never eaten there before but I did pickup carryout a few times. The customer service was better than I would've expected, but nothing spectacular, and we always got everything promptly and without issue. I felt the need to give a five star review today because I have never had any issues with this store getting my orders right. Until this evening. So, they forgot our drinks, which I was 95% sure was the Doordasher's fault, as he couldn't speak any English. In any case I did what I could with my mediocre-at-best Spanish. But surprisingly, he didn't appear to have my drinks. So I called the store. I briefly explained that we did not receive our drinks. Without asking, the woman I first spoke to handed the phone to a second woman (the manager I think) who got on the line, she apologized saying it was definitely a mistake, and began to offer store credit. Before I could respond she said, "Y'know what, how about I bring you your drinks personally." Now this I found surprising. But! Lo-and-behold, she showed up in maybe 5 minute's time, she handed us our drinks, and then she was off on her merry way. She was super friendly, appreciative, and professional. Her name was Ashley. This particular branch is lucky to have someone like her on staff. Her going out of her way to do her job and going above and beyond the call of duty has helped to renew my faith in humanity. Let me preface this by saying I live 5 minutes from this location, so there is no excuse for the run around I got about a pizza that never actually arrived. I ordered a single pizza and brownie and was given an estimated delivery time of around one hour and forty-five minutes, which I wasn't thrilled about but, since my girlfriend really wanted it, I grudgingly accepted. The time elapsed, and then some, until over two hours had gone by at which point I called the store and was told that they were having some driver issues and my pizza was being sent out right away, with a discount. I was angry, but that seemed fair, so we waited a bit longer. This is the part where my "5 minutes from this location" preface comes into play because we waited another 30 minutes before calling them back only to be told that the pizza had been sent back because the driver couldn't find our address where we were waiting on the porch with with light on. I have had that location deliver to my address before with no trouble and, seeing as it had been nearly three hours since the order was placed at that point, I told them I no longer wanted to pizza and would like to cancel and to top it all off, since it had taken so long, we are now going to bed hungry since everywhere else is closed. I was trying to place a order online when I had a question and decided to call the store when I called the store the lady said she'll take my order over the phone but once I gave her my address she said we don't deliver to this address but I've had deliveries delivered to my address from Pizza Hut before she said let me let you speak to my supervisor I spoke to him and I told him that they're allowing me to make my order online I don't understand why you're telling me that you don't deliver to this address when it's allowing me to make my order online then he proceeded to tell me if I make my order online he's going to avoid my order I asked for his name and he told me that he could not give me his name but I guarantee you if I was making a good complained he would give me his name but because I was making a bad complained he didn't want to give me his name I feel that it was rude and unprofessional you never tell a customer that you're going to avoid their order if they make it online when online is telling me that they will deliver it to my house I have called customer care and made a complaint and I've called Headquarters I am 8 months pregnant and had to get out of my bed to go pick up my pizza and I feel that that is not right I called and have not heard...
