Starbucks — Restaurant in Kansas City

Cool space. Customer service was seriously lacking. 3 people behind the counter while one of the 3 says we will be with you in a minute. Takes them well over 5 min to make my beverages despite there being NO ONE in there placing orders or waiting on orders. The one guy and gal making my beverage were way to preoccupied with their conversation to finish my drink. My name was called and no thank you have a nice day... nothing. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks where they treat their customers as an inconvenience to their personal conversation. I will most definitely not go back there. Im better off going to Roasterie where they look you in the eye and genuinely care that you are there supporting...

This Starbucks location is like no other. The AM baristas are allstars. I went this morning, it being red cup day, and it was unbelievably busy. The baristas were patient with every customer (even the ones who were very impatient with them), providing solutions to guests who decided they couldn’t wait for their drink any longer and gladly gave updates on orders to anyone who asked. Were there mistakes being made? Yes. Were they providing excellent customer service? Absolutely. It’s clear that these wonderful individuals were working as hard as they possibly could and deserve to know that it is seen! Please! Give these people all the bonuses and...

I am a regular at this Starbucks in Brookside, and the customer experience at this store today was beyond bad. The girl working on the mobile order, Arshya, was rude and confrontational; she asked my name to check on my mobile, and when I told her, she said: "Do you have a problem!" I said no you asked my name. Now I understand she is busy and overwhelmed, but to say that and try to start a confrontation with me in a busy Starbucks is not how I plan on starting my day when I paid $7 for my coffee, and I come here almost daily.
