Brookside Shops — Attraction in Kansas City

I went over there to get my taxes done and she was running behind their it Connie Tax Service, and show I went shopping at Tuesday Mornings over there looking for some specific pot hangers that go on my rack, and the gentleman said that they didn't carry them but that he had got some for his mother the other day and found them at function Junction a Crown Center. See and I really truly appreciate that when someone is able to help me find what I need regardless if it's in their store or not. So I still have time to burn wedding to get my taxes done and I always go to the clearance section because ultimately I need nothing, but I am all out for a good deal if I can find one. And she of course I found some things that I liked and a bunch of scrap book stickers for the ladies I take care of and went to check out and the lady behind the register just seemed very discombobulated. It could have been from previous customer but I think finally when she got to me she finally got it together and got great checkout service. I go to the gym located north of 63rd Street and less than a block away from Oak Street in Kansas City. The name of the gym is Life Adapted Fitness. I've been trying to go nearly as much as daily.

This gym is open 24 hours a day! The west room has stair machines, a stationary bike and most of the equipment to work-out. This room has two bathrooms.

The east room has a machine that you may use to work-out your legs. At the very east end of the gym, there's some free-weights and you'll be able to choose any weight from 5 pounds all the way to weights that rank up to more than 150 pounds. This east room has one bathroom.

I believe that Alex is the owner of Life Adapted Fitness and he's a really great guy. One afternoon, I was trying to use a weight-machine in the 'wrong' way. Alex helped me by giving me the proper technique. B)
