This was my second bad experience with this location and it will be my last. Never have I wanted to have a location shut down prodction immediately and focus on retraining your windo staff (until today). From placing the order to the service at the window, I was being interrupted or not heard correctly. When at the window, it got worse because the youthful serviceman claimed they did not have jelly for sandwiches, no frosties because it was too early for the machine to be up, and then when I asked for a receipt..... oh the agony for him (sarcasm). The servicemen, Christian, argued that I would need to park my car in order to be brought a receipt. In refusal, I politely sttd I will not park for just a receipt. He argued that replacing the paper will take 10 minutes! Also, I was holding up the 1 car behind me because I refused to park and he felt it was more important to voice this and stare me down with disgust on his face, then to change the paper. In return, I asked that he please change the paper so we both can continue with our day, and that I heavily doubt it will inconvenience him for 10 minutes.
As a paying custimer and one who doesn't fine reason to make anyone's service job hard,I truly dislike being lied to. Lies accompanied by brute body language & being told that I am being "ridiculous ". That was the straw for me! Do not voice your discontent for not replacing the paper and how "all order since the opened would print before mine, and that would take 10 minutes & hold up the line." .... though I wanted to lower to a level unfitting of such, I smiled with deliberate eye contact & stood my ground on how NOT to be pushed along.

Read moreI went inside and tried the drive through. Both times I had a mobile order(I don't even get incorrect orders at places since starting to use mobile). It took them 30 minutes the time I went inside and the first thing the guy did was get my fries and set them on a tray. I asked for fresh fries since they had been sitting there the entire time getting cold and he groaned but got them. The second time I came through drive thru and when I said I had a mobile order she told me all mobile orders midday come inside. I told her no, I ordered to pick up via drive thru and that I'm not about to wait inside for 30 minutes again like last time to get my food. There was a pause and she said "we will let it slide this time". When I got to the window they had no clue who I was and finally the confused manager asked again and showed her how to pull up the mobile orders. Thankfully the cook knew and had my food. When waiting in line they took a single car order at a time and seemed to wait until they fully served one car before taking another order. They weren't understaffed or busy. One star saddens me because Wendy's is my favorite but this place needs new management and maybe then the crew will learn their...
Read moreAbsolute trash. I ordered breakfast from here and received the WORST food. They can’t read the order. They let the most terrible quality leave the store. And the manager just had excuses for the entire thing. Claimed short staff and out of most product. Which was the excuse I received when I got my sandwhich with not even an inch in length piece of egg. Literally not even an inch left to right, up or down. I ordered an egg sandwhich and got not even the egg. I ordered it without Swiss and PAID for American cheese. The sandwhich had a BIG glob of Swiss cheese right in the middle. A bunch of bacon to hide the fact it had the small baby piece of egg and was given to me. This is ridiculous! But the rest of my party could get egg . they got burritos and it’s filled with egg. Just not mine. If you are out of product, INFORM CUSTOMERS. INFORM DOOR DASH. INFORM YOUR GM. Anything. But DO NOT serve customers trash. And DO NOT give customers excuses. This is NOT how you handle a business. I have worked fast food before and this is BEYOND unacceptable. There is ways to solve this.
