I waited twenty minutes for the drive through line to move two cars with almost fifteen cars backed up. I went inside and it was dirty, ketchup was smeared all over the counter, tables were falling apart, and there is no, and I mean no service. On a second trip months later (it's right by home), the store was full of staff and despite this and an empty restaurant, the floors were filthy, ketchup was STILL smeared on the condiment counter, and the soda machine was out of almost all of the main brands. Neither the cashier nor the manager knew how to substitute a potato for the side. The tables and chairs were arranged haphazardly and there are no dividers in the dining room so it feels like a run-down cafeteria. Workers were repeatedly walking around the dining room and outside talking to friends and chatting on their cell phone. In ten minutes, two separate workers left their job three times EACH. And it wasn't to deliver orders to cars as their hands were empty every time except for their phone. When returning, one employee would bang on the kitchen door each time to get back in. Friends were crowding the cashier carrying on extended and loud conversations that were hard to talk over, all while customers waited on their orders. Moments later, I watched as two out of two customers went back to the counter to complain about wrong orders. I wonder how the cashier missed it the first time. Just bite the bullet and go across the street to McDonald's. They'll consistently provide what is ordered.
P.S. I went back a THIRD time a year later (again, it's right by home). I got my order in, most of the drinks were still missing from the fountain, the cashier who helped me was very competent, but the rest of the store had minimal interest in that endeavor. I waited twenty minutes for my food before going up and finding out they never started on my order. DO NOT GO HERE. I don't care what your reason may be to try it anyway....
Read moreI placed my order through the mobile app. Something I’ve done before, but I don’t go to Wendy’s often. My screen said it was paid for. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and exchange my info letting them know I made a mobile order. The speaker said that I owed 10.38. I’ve heard it before, but usually when I get to the window they’ll just hand me the receipt and my food. Unfortunately that did not happen. The woman tells me “your payment did not go through. Move ahead out of the line so I can get the other customers.” I was taken aback because I’m not sure why that was the only solution. I did not move and instead opened my bank account to see that the payment was taken. They addressed me again, but still didn’t accommodate me in any way. I asked for the person’s name that I can only assume is the manager. He was not cooperative and told me to call the customer service and that his full name is not important. He yelled at me saying that the mobile app takes our money but the payment doesn’t go through. I just have a bunch of question marks above my head. That doesn’t make any sense.

An employee by the name of Zeylona was the only one there with any type of customer service etiquette! She definitely doesn't belong at this location,so much better than those other savages called employees. The employee named Niya is rude and just flat out ghetto...She should be fired! The owner, Adrienne,should be ashamed of herself and if she can't run the location professionally,she should be let go of too. They lock the doors in the middle of the day due to shortage of staff so you're sitting in the drive thru line for at least a good 30 mins. The inside is DISGUSTING 🤢 The place needs to be SHUT DOWN or have someone manage it that knows what they're doing and can change the horrible experience that every person inquires when going.
