3/19/25 Ordered via Door Dash 8:30pm. Lemon pepper wings smaller but good.

11/13/24 Ordered via door dash for delivery after 9pm. This time, my order was accurate, and everything was seasoned well. According to the bag, it was prepared by Kevin and Angel.

11/3/2024 Ordered via doordash at 9pm. Received my order at 10 pm, and it was wrong. Bag had my name but not my order. The employees need to double check when packing orders. I ordered bone in lemon pepper wings received boneless. The wings were extremely salty. The fries had no flavor and didn't receive my corn.

5/15/24 Ordered via DoorDash at 8:22pm. My order arrived on time and secured. This time, the food was not that good. The fries had minimum seasoning. The wings were okay, and the corn was good. Rating going to a 4 star.

4/23/24 Ordered via Door Dash at 10pm. My food arrived secured. First time trying WingStop. Everything tasted good. I tried the lemon pepper bone in wings fried hard, fries with fry seasoning and cajun corn....

2 nights in a row, this location messed up my order. Last night, I placed an online order at 925pm and went to pick it up at 950. They said they never saw my order come through after having me bring up my email to confirm that I had placed an order. By that time it was 10lm and they said they were closed and refused to make the order, but said they would give me a $20 credit. So I called in tonight to place the order and use my credit. Called it in at 9pm, picked it up at 930pm, then drove home to Blue Springs (as the credit could only be used at that location despite being told otherwise), only to find out that none of my order was made incorrectly. When I called the restaurant the first time, I was immediately put on hold without anyone speaking to me. The second time, I was rudely greeted with "we're closed". I asked to speak with a manager who initially didn't want to come to the phone. He finally offered a refund when I stated I didn't want to come back to his store after...

Dammit. Just had a really bad experience that made me change my review from below. Wingstop (Kansas City, KS) didn't even try. Geoff ordered dinner at 6 for pickup at 715, when I get out of work. When I picked up dinner it was not even rooom temperature. We are getting "credit" on our next order. As though there will be one of those.

Previous Review: Some of the best bone-in wings around. Great fries. Supreme cheese sauce and really good dippers (ranch and blue cheese). They messed up my order last time. It happens. They handled it PERFECTLY. They gave me a drink while I was waiting, a bonus brownie, and hot luscious fries - all with an apology. That's how you handle a mistake. Thank you, Wing Stop....
