Big burger world and more — Restaurant in Katy

I came here two weeks ago with my family and we were blown away. The food was fresh and delicious. I have a very picky eater for a daughter and I have never seen her devour a burger like she did this one. I got a pound turkey burger. It was packed with flavor, the veggies were fresh, and it was a big serving size for the price. My boyfriend got brisket fries which were also fresh and very good. They weren’t soggy. It was the perfect balance of brisket and fries. I’d say the prices are very reasonable and you get a great amount of food. It’s a smaller place but it’s very comfortable and clean! I just left this place and the burgers are ok, and the chicken wings and tenders are super bland with no season. If you are looking for great customer service this IS NOT THE PLACE. Super unfriendly the guy at the counter was very unwelcoming, he appeared as if he either didn't want to be there or didn't want us there either way it made the business look bad... i called back to tell him i was missing my brisket fries he rudely said well i didn't charge you for them instead of apologizing for not placing them on my order. Great hamburger! The food was mostly wonderful...burger cooked fresh & toppings in every bite, though the fries were a bit too salty for our taste (handcut fries like those really don't need anything added imho). Really appreciate the lack of grease in the food so as able to taste the good quality meat. The meal was filling but not heavy.

The restaurant is a bit lacking in atmosphere, but good music playing at a decent level with great food more than makes up for not having a ton of funky stuff on the walls (though that is a fun poster).
