I visited this place after receiving a full body massage from the spa next door. I was in a very stress free abd calm state of mind until I entered the doors of this establishment. The young lady that took my order had the worst attitude. Of the two workers that were at the cash register, neither could speak English or understand me very well. I patiently showed them on the menu what I wanted to order. They put my order into the system and I paid. As I looked at the menu further I wanted to order more items. I ask the young lady for what I wanted and after waiting and standing at the cash register to pay and receive my second order for well over 10 minutes I still didn't get what I ordered. By this time I'm really irritated. I ask about my order and for some dressing from my previous order and the young lady was rolling her eyes and slamming things. With all of that being done I still proceed to wait for my second order. I watched as they took care of other customers that had come I'm after me. I finally got to the point that I was so upset I left before I found myself stepping out of character. I am petty new to this area, and I love supporting business in my neighborhood, but I will not ever step foot back into this establishment unless they are trained in customer service, inclusion, and how to treat people of all ethical backgrounds. I really feel they treated me the way they did was because I'm black. My money is green just like everyone else's, and I won't be spending any more of it at this place, and that's really a shame because the food is actually good. My first time trying Columbian food was ruined. The best advertisement is word of mouth, and this mouth knows a lot of people.

Read moreDisappointing Dining Experience My recent visit to La olla left much to be desired in terms of culinary satisfaction. The whole red snapper, a dish I was particularly looking forward to, turned out to be a disappointment. Sadly, it was overcooked to the point where only half of it was palatable, robbing me of the enjoyment I had anticipated.
To add to the letdown, the fried green plantains seemed to have been precooked and fried upon order, resulting in a lackluster texture and taste. It was evident that the kitchen's attention to detail was lacking, which reflected poorly on the overall dining experience.
Unfortunately, my disappointment was echoed by others in my party, who also found their meals to be subpar. While [Restaurant Name] may suffice for those seeking a quick and basic meal, it is evident that their seafood options leave much to be desired.
In summary, while La olla may serve its purpose for a convenient grab-and-go meal, I would caution against expecting anything exceptional, especially when it comes to their seafood offerings. Exploring alternative dining options in the area may yield a more satisfying...
Read moreI am so disappointed. Initially I thought it was some kind of nice establishment that catered towards or at least was family oriented but I sat there they started playing this distasteful vulgar music Bad Bunny.. I had my wife and my five-year-old with me. So, can you imagine the embarrassment due to the distasteful and Vulgar lyrics ? The place looked more like a cheap cantina where drunks go. Both of the waitress did not have a smile on them until we paid and I’m guessing because they thought they were going to get some kind of tip. We spent over $50 I had some steak and I had to continuously repeat that I wanted it well done. The service did not help and the servers look like they didn’t wanna work there. My wife asked for coffee and stressed out that she wanted a fresh pot brewed of coffee and the server assured that it was fresh but it was old and nasty. Now how can you get coffee wrong? The food was without any affection whatsoever which is not typical of Colombian people who pride them selves and everything they do. Well at least the ones I know. ….not like New York. I’m sorry but I will never step foot in...
