Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Katy

Would rather make the effort to park in the crowded lot at nearby Taget, deal with crowds of people, and order at the overpriced Target Starbucks than go to this Black Rock again. Three baristas workimg. Only 1 other person inside ordering besides me. Car line was busy. Took 1 of the 3 girls to finally confirm that I was not invisible as I waited unacknowledged for quite some time. Wait to order was lomg but blew it off that they were busy with car line. Wait to actually receive order was about 15 minutes which didnt bother me as I was killing time for a soccer game to start. We grab our 2 drinks and head to the soccer game. And if it werent for me not wanting to miss the game, I would have turned back because both drinks were terrible and neither tasted at all what they were supposed to be. My order: Dirty Chai and an Oreo Chiller. The Chai tasted like just a coffee with some cream in it. The Oreo Chiller tasted like I really dont know what...not any taste of Oreo or chocolate. Maybe since this was the day after Halloween, they were still pulling some tricks on the customers. Not worth the...

Went yesterday morning for the $4 Large Fuel Sunday. My husband ordered a small Chocolate Chip Chiller and a Large fuel. The total was around 12.50$ before time. Which is $2-$3 over what it was supposed to be with a small chiller being $5.65 and the large fuel being $4. They asked for my account phone number and we gave it to them - but the points were not added to my account. The workers seemed too busy goofing off with each other than helping customers in the drive thru. This is my first bad experience with this company, but it has soured my view on them - especially since we were mischarged. I sent an email with the receipt they gave me to the contact me page, but have not heard back from them...

I do like "Black Rock" but certain locations! "Hello or Thank You" doesn't apply here. Both, Doom n Gloom having a stoic day. When I made inquiry I felt guilty, not sure if he heard me but she made my drink. Girl kept her head down with her side against counter when I walked back up so I asked the guy a question, she does turn but to face him to say something ?! Anyway I certainly felt out of place..
