This place is definitely a good store to find some hidden gems. The only caveat is that it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

It's a discounted brand name superstore, and everything is everywhere. Despite that, if you know who you're shopping for and what you have in mind, anything is possible.

I came in looking for a jacket since the weather is cooling off and figured I'd peruse the men's section. I was here for about 30 minutes and found two great coats and some cologne. The store was busy, but not to the point of it being hard to get around.

I could see this place getting absolutely packed for the holidays, so it'd be a good idea to stop in well before we get to Black Friday,...unless you're a fan of crowds. The prices seem really fair depending on the brand names, so it seems that any time is a good time to stop in for their markdowns.

DO NOT BUY LUGGAGE HERE! If you are looking for durable quality luggage do not buy it here. Go to tj maxx etc. I purchased luggage from here less than 10 days ago. It got cracked at IAH airport. I called 2 times to verify if i would be able to exchange this luggage with another set. They confirmed both times I would be able to. I drive 30 minutes out the way to go to this location. Get there and the manager wont do anything. She wouldn't even look at my receipt 🧾. When I bought the luggage the lady that checked me out said. “Keep your receipt and if you have any issues, please let me know and bring it back”. I should've known right there that this is clearly a known issue. Save your money, time and gas with this store. I even asked if she would at least 50% off knowing the luggage was used. Help me understand why the fitting rooms would be closed 2 hours prior to the stores closing. The only explanation I was able to get was because they dont schedule anyone to watch the fitting rooms past a certain time. So what about the customers that works late and need to shop, we can't try on our clothes! Completely unacceptable!!!!! I get the place being dirty and trashed, that's a given. To not be able to try on items before purchasing is just stupid customer service. It may not mean much, but definitely lost about a $100 purchase.
