Imagine this: to cancel the gym membership you already have, you’re forced to create a completely new account with a separate username and password just to submit a cancellation request. That is not just poor customer service. It is a deliberately predatory tactic. It is designed to make canceling so difficult that most people give up. This is not a user-friendly system. It is a calculated scheme to keep charging your credit card without your full consent. This is not just a bad business. This is a bad business model. It is built on customer confusion, intentional obstacles, and financial entrapment. These are exactly the kinds of exploitative practices that should be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and your state consumer protection agency or attorney general’s office. If you have experienced this treatment, file a complaint. Companies like this rely on silence and inaction. They have no problem taking your money instantly, but when it comes to offering service, support, or honesty, they disappear. The facility is dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. The staff clearly do not want to be there. They will send you written promises by email, only to deny or reverse them when you show up in person. There is no integrity. No consistency. No accountability. This was, without question, the worst gym experience I have ever had. It is unprofessional, unethical, and built on broken promises. Canceling is made as difficult as possible. Even when you go in person, they stall and mislead you, forcing unnecessary steps just to wear you down. They are not interested in satisfied customers. They are interested in trapping you. This is not just a poor business practice. It is consumer exploitation. Take your money, your time, and your values elsewhere. And do not leave quietly. Report them.

Kaity was wonderful at the front desk! The whole team here at EOs Fitness has been great and amazing! I totally recommend this gym!

The only thing at this gym that works is the equipment. That is if you can get a machine as it’s always packed. 1 out of 6 of the massage chairs works sometimes they are all down. The women’s sauna has been open for 1 week when it was grand opening and then one week recently but now it is broken again. The only unique thing about this gym is that they have both options in one building. But it’s useless if neither EVER work. I drive 40 minutes to the spring location and their sauna or chairs are never out. They even have an on and off button in the sauna and not in cypress I’m assuming this has something to do with it always being broken. I went in last time it was working and it felt dangerously hot and other women agreed. I had to exit less than 10 minutes of being inside and when I looked down at my legs and arms they were red like a sun burn and my skin was burning. This time I walked in and there was zero heat. They also have so many good reviews because they ask you to leave a review including a name of the employee on the spot for a free tshirt. Oh and the WiFi is down lol and if you work out late at night the ac is off

Update: Well Gents, after I had a very good conversation with management about what happened, I decided to give the gym a try. My experience since has been very good. A lot of the team very professional and attentive. Whatever happened that day, seem to be just a bad day for all involved. Thanks to O'Shea, Colby, Kate, Don and everyone on the coach and sales team.

I still think is a very good idea to schedule an appointment. Just don't wait there for hours like I did. Maybe there is no issue anymore, I see a lot of more sales people. This is has to be the worst experience I've had a customer my whole life.

Word of warning to anyone trying this gym. If you need anything from the staff, you wont get it.

My story begins as I am going to enroll me and me whole family. I am even ready to do my forst workout in the gym as a new member. But I just wanted to see the facilities and mabybe see if there is a plan to get my whole family enrolled.

All started with little issue. I explained the person attending what I wanted, she said I wanted to talk to a sales person. I replied, sure. I sat... and I sat... and I sat. An hours has passed. I aproached and asked, how long will it take? She replied that seh doesnt know. That they have only one person.

This was upseting. I asked if I am next, because otherwise I wanted to leave and come back another time. She assured me I was next. ( I wasn't). As I see another person come in and the sales person pickes them up in fornt of me. I aproach again and ask, what just happned? She replied "She had an appointment". I had to wait another hour pehaps. At that point it all went from bad to worse. Because in my disbelief of such bad service I tell her; "You are terrible at this". What happened next was even worse than all before.

This person upset that I had said she is terrible at customer service. Decided she wont talk to me. asked the other 2 people at the desk at the moment to handle me. I did not go any betther.

If anything I went from very anoyed to at this point irrate. The second person who tries to talk to me tells me how I should know that comming to this gym I would wait very long to talk to sales. I replied, "How would I know that?" and then I tried to tell them that it would be very good if they inform people that it is a very long wait. So they don't be surpised next time. I just didn't finish my sentence befre this second person interupts me. To what I reply, "Please do not interupt me". Oh, what a mistake. Now the second person now does do wants to talk to me. But here comes the third person.

The third person was very sweet. She looked nervous and very unsure who to deal with the issue. At this point I just asked, can I make the scheduling online. I dont want to spend more time here. She asked me to wait. She went back. She comes backs and assures me I am next. I simply ask, how long? she replies, 30 min maybe. I say no. Please show me how to schedule online so I go. At this point is where the first person now comes to me and tells me. You either sit down and wait or leave. She explains that she talked to her boss and she is authorized to kick me from the stablishment for being rude.

I have never seen this. Some inadecuate to handle anything as simple as answering a question how do I do this online. To now understanding that all the way to the boss noone is there to even listen to critisism. Telling them to inform potential clients of a long wait doesnt seem like a big ask. And they could do better re-routing clients to whatever sheduling option so they don't have to wait for hours. Instead, I was greeted by employees that were laghing happy power tripping as they told me to leave. Lossing for ever what was sure a full famliy of new clients.

The people working in that gym do not care for the businesss or clients. This review is a warning for those who sign up. Know what you are getting in that gym. This review is also for the bussines if they read this. Please do somehting. Sad it didn't work. It looked like...

The gym itself is ok. It’s a bit small but not the biggest deal breaker. I had a guest pass about a month ago, I also took my son there for kids club while I worked out. First few days were good, no complaints. Then I noticed kids club employee who I had not met so I basically just gave the run down about my son and if he needs me or needs a diaper change la call or txt me asap! The young girl gave me a bit of an attitude and when I asked if she was the only employee working there today she said no and employee should be in at 5. Ok cool no problem. Well the great thing about this gym that I loved is they have TVs around the gym with a Birds Eye view of kids club so me being new to the gym and my son being new to kids club I occasionally check the TVs, I noticed after an hour and past 5pm the young lady was still in there by herself with at least 8-10 kids in there, problem was she wasn’t paying attention to the kids she was at the front desk area of kids club. I asked the operations manager if that was normal? He confidently said no it could be the other girl is running late and that he will make sure that doesn’t happen again. Cool no problem I left that at that. Second week of my guest pass, now a Monday I take my son to kids club I have a good workout, I checked the TVs again towards the end of my workout and I noticed I couldn’t see my son. I ended my workout and went into kids club. The young lady working in there pointed at me and said “Roman’s mom , right” I said yes where’s my son? She said “ there was an incident today” I said “ok what happened”mind you my son is completely isolated from the other 10-15 kids in a baby devotion where the walls are high enough to where he can’t see over them. she said “ your son and another kid were hitting each other” I responded and said “ who hit who first?” She responded and said “your son, and we already wrote an incident report on him, if this happens one more time he will not be allowed to come back for a while” mind you my son never had any behavior issues the last week we were there, I n no way am I excusing his behavior but I asked her “ why wouldn’t you call me and the other mom when it happened and why is my son She said it literally happened right now” I said “ so you had time to put my kid in a section by himself, write an incident report but not call me first?” I asked her if the other child was there she said yes, I asked if his parent was informed about the situation she said not yet I’m going to tell her when she comes for pick up. So you’re going to tell me your put my 3 years old son in a isolated section by himself and let this much older child just continue to play and didn’t call me? I informed the operations manager about what happened and I asked if this was standard procedure for this facility and if it was normal to put a child in isolation and not call parents he said no that is not how that should have been handled I told him I’d like him to review the footage of what happened because the young lady couldn’t give me a straight answer as to why the incident even happened or what exactly happened and he said no problem if I were you I’d be just as upset I completely understand where your coming from. He said give me a few hours to review the tapes and I will contact you, I asked for you have my name and number he said yes I know who you are and I have your info I said great I look forward to hearing from you. Well, it’s been 3 weeks I have not heard from him and that’s exactly why I’m writing this review is because it’s not fair to treat young kids the way my 3 years old child was treated or even handle a situation the way it was. To not have a manager reach back out in regards to the situation when they said they would is even worse because it proves that there is no integrity in what is being told to clients or potential clients. Do not go to this location! I’ve been a member of Eos since either may or June of this year. On August I decided to change my plan from sweat squad (2 people) to the regilar (1 ) the “manager” helps me open the new membership but he tells me I have to cancel the one and start basically again. I said yes but I told him that the day before they had already charge me the full price for the other one ($52), he said there’s no problem I’ll submit a ticket and you get that back or maybe as a credit. I then proceed with the new transacción ($32) and I also signed up for PT. The next two days I have not received any confirmation of cancellation or refund and then I decided I was not going to do PT cause it was definitely not what I wanted. I go ahead and call the gym and request to cancel my PTA as well as to ask for an update of what the manager had told me 2 days before. They proceed to help me cancel the PT and tell me the will leave a message to the manager. I call the next day again because the PT had a three day Cancellation policy to avoid another charge and to get refund. They send me then to talk to Jose (also another manager from the PT) now Jose tells me that he sent a ticket and he will make sure to get partial refund because I did cancel on time. Another day pass by and nothing no calls, no follow up nothing. At this point the so call manager DJ has not call me or email me at least. So I call corporate and they tell me I have to handle it with the location itself :s the same location that has not resolve anything even to this point. So I’ve paid for a membership that my partner didn’t use , I paid for t training I didn’t use cause I change my mind and there’s no even an apology for having me paid over $200 in a matter of days. Worst experience ever. The amenities are impecable but customer satisfaction it’s a zero. I’m going to the Katy Green location where they at least didn’t screw...
