Please never come to this place!! Went to the bathroom before ordering, there was no toilet paper available. I had to tell the employee to replace the toilet paper, bad service & presentation for customers. At this point I'm about to go on myself. Instead of of apologizing he rudely says "there was toilet paper in there." Not apologizing for the dispenser being broken!! After getting our ice cream, you would think a discount or complimentary items would be added, no the rude shift manager states that "no discount or complimentary items can be added because of a restroom situation." Well as I told her, customer service starts when you enter the door of an establishment. If you're in the area, keep going to the next location. I’m so excited that a new Cold Stone Creamery opened up nearby—this place is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the store was bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and patient as I took my time deciding between all the delicious flavors and mix-ins.

The ice cream was incredibly creamy and fresh, just what you’d expect from Cold Stone. I loved that they mixed in my toppings right in front of me on the frozen slab—it’s always fun to watch, and everything tasted amazing. I tried the “Birthday Cake Remix” and it was perfect!

Friday night, long line 1 person making the request you can tell she is overwhelmed and it shows in her work. Throwing the ice cream in the cup. Manager on duty helped 10mins into the madness.
