Believe me when I say it pains me to write anything derogatory about Chick-fil-a. Any Chick-fil-a. We are a die hard Chick-fil-a family. After a very hard day I was glad to hear my husband and daughter were going for dinner at Elysons new CFA. CFA as a whole is just a safe place, a respite from the day. In all the hustle and bustle of the drive thru the lid popped off my husbandâs lemonadeâŚit went EVERYWHERE. From his glasses down his shirt to his pants, all over the steering wheel and cascaded onto the floor. The young lady was so apologetic and dashed to help and bring him napkins. Human error. Unfortunate. Simply a mistake. The problem that is so grievous is that CFA stands for excellence. At a moment where the nearby manager working the drive thru could have been a true leader and assisted or said a kind wordâŚhe LAUGHED. My husband and daughter saw him and all he did was look and laugh as my husband tried to mop up the sticky mess. Then he walked away. REALLY? A manager laughing at a customerâŚat a Chick-fil-a? I wouldnât get service like that from a Mc Donaldâs, and CFA is in a totally different league. Shortly after, we called the location and asked to speak with a manager giving them an opportunity to apologize or make it right in some small wayâŚnope. The manager, I believe his name was Humberto, was the very one who had laughed, and when confronted with that fact did nothing. No remorse. No apology. No attempt at customer service in any way. Elyson CFA is in a developing high end neighborhoodâŚI hope they revisit what CFA stands for. They are not starting out with the same excellence our community has experienced and come to expect with the other 8 locations surrounding them. Despite their proximity to our home, we will be supporting the other CFA locations because of their high standards, genuine heart felt personality and impeccable customer service. Your undercooked nuggets, dry sandwich buns and cold fries were something we overlooked hoping youâd get your groove, knowing youâre new. We wonât be back to see if your standards ever reach what Mr. Cathy...

After my initial review, I visited the place multiple times and immediately noticed significant improvements. The staff has become more professional, and their efficiency has noticeably increased. On one occasion in the morning, I observed a well-dressed and organized lady, possibly the team leader, actively ensuring that everything was running smoothly. I watched her meticulously instruct a staff member on the proper way to place items in bags, explaining the rationale behind the order. This level of attention to detail and training has clearly made a positive impact. The staff is now more attentive and the service is quicker, which marks a significant improvement from my previous experiences. It is evident that when management and their team commit to enhancing their operations, they demonstrate genuine care for their customers and pave the way for their success. I am pleased to be a part of this success and will remain a loyal customer.

Previous review: Never thought I would write a critical review on Chick-fil-A at all but this one is a must hoping they correct the issues. This is after the 3rd time visiting this place in 2 months period. The food is good but the staff are very very very slow compared to any chifil-a. They sometimes leave you unattended because their focus is 100% on the drive through. The food took each time more than 15 minutes to complete. They keep the minimum sauces on the side and you will never get salsa unless you ask for it which is a huge minus to me because I like add extra. They do not have curbside delivery which is sometimes inconvenient. I would keep going to the Morton Ranch CFA than...

I placed a simple order through the app: two large fries and a large mac & cheese. I tipped the driver, but my order was delivered to the wrong address. I brought the wrong order inside my friendâs house and called Chick-fil-A, the manager apologized and told me not to open it because it belonged to someone named Marcy. He said the driver would return with my food and pick up Marcyâs order. I was shocked, everyone knows you canât recycle food once it has already been delivered to someone elseâs homeâŚright?? Yet Marcyâs food and drink were now sitting on my friendâs counter.
About 15 minutes later, the driver returned. My friend handed me a bag and laughed, saying, âThis looks tampered with.â She was right, one fry was half-empty, the other not even full, and the sauce bag was wet. Completely unacceptable.
I called the manager again, asked for a refund and a remake, and explained the bag was clearly tampered with. His response: âI can only do one or the other.â SoâŚfor health reasons, I chose the refund.
Foodborne illnesses are real. Food should never be delivered, taken into someoneâs home, and then redelivered to another customer. Thatâs unsafe and violates health codes. I thought Chick-fil-A would be one of the most reliable chains for delivery. I was wrong. Be cautious. Your health is worth more...
