I was here today with my daughter who had just got out of the hospital. After placing my order my daughter asked me to get her drink I mistakenly got coke instead of sprite so I threw the cup of soda away and asked for another cup. To which I was told I would have to dig in the trash and get the first cup out! The lady at the counter claimed that because her manager want's a strict update on inventory I would have to get the cup from the trash or pay $1.29 for another. Now this is something I've never heard of and if the cup itself costs $1.29, how much is the soda. There was about 7 people in the line at the store. So everyone was looking on in amazement at the fact that she kept requesting a customer to dig in the trash for a cup. When asked for a manager she did nothing to try to contact one. Eventually another customer had to dig in the trash which people spit in, throw dirty towels, and previously chewed food in and get the cup out. I have never been so humiliated in my life! And had I just confirmed with the manager that this was actually their practice to make a customer dig a cup out of the trash or pay $1.29 for a cup I would've paid for it. But, this lady appeared to have an issue with us as soon as we walked in. She literally walked away from the counter and stayed in the room to the side until she noticed I had a larger order only then did she come to assist the lady that was helping me. Read moreI’ve visited this Subway location on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, each experience has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve attempted to place an order, there has been a lack of organization and efficiency among the staff. There never seems to be enough employees scheduled to manage the customer flow, resulting in long wait times and frustrated patrons.
What’s even more concerning is the apparent lack of customer service. Guests are often left standing without acknowledgment, and there seems to be no clear system in place to ensure orders are taken in the order people arrive. On several occasions, I’ve waited patiently only to be overlooked or bypassed entirely.
This level of service is unacceptable, particularly for individuals on limited time, such as during a lunch break. It’s incredibly disheartening to walk into a restaurant with the intention of purchasing a meal, only to leave empty-handed due to poor management and lack of support for the staff on duty.
At this point, it feels as though customers are an afterthought at this location. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements the changes necessary to create a more efficient and respectful environment...
Read moreI just visited this store and upon entering had one couple in front of me ordering multiple sandwiches and another person behind them. I literally had to sit down due the wait which I thought this guy was working alone until another guy rushes up front ONLY to drop off some condiment containers and quickly rush away as if he didn't see waiting customers!! Are you kidding me I thought?! Nonetheless I sat patiently and waited on my turn. I knew I wanted two combos so I noticed there were no Cheetos and asked the employee if they had any at all and he replied sarcastically NO, so to reverse the mood I jokingly said aww dang it, No cheetos, aww man now I'm gonna have to leave after waiting so patiently and can you believe that this guy responds back and said, Well, the door is right there if you don't want to order no more! I am a 50 year old Customer service manager of over 25 years and I've Never received such rude, unintelligible service my entire dang life!
