Kind Koffee Company — Restaurant in Kauai

Save yourself the time and stop here, ignore other places or even the barista bar at the Royal Lanai (if staying at the Sonesta). All around 5 stars. Been to half dozen coffee shops (local only) on Maui and now Kaua'i, this one is the best by a wide margin. The Kaua'i coffee with their local macadamia nut syrup legitimately tastes as of you are enjoying freshly roasted Macnut, not the fake flavored syrups at other establishments from Monin, but a true to flavor experience. Coffee was made fast and expertly done with some beautiful foam art. The food was also phenomenal. I am not an avocado toast kind of guy, and it was not what I was originally going to order but the cashier recommended it as her personal favorite and I went with the Delux Avocado Toast and it was phenomenal. Fresh, delicious, filling, and made me want to order a 2nd. We will be back for another round of lattes or several more before we leave....

We came here for coffee and breakfast as we were staying at the Sonesta and it's a short, easy walk over from the resort.

Our breakfast consisted of the eggy toast, acai bowl and coffee and everything was top notch, made fresh to order. It's nice to find a spot that absolutely nails their menu!

Eggy toast was delicious, with fresh bread, toasted to perfection. Acai bowl was delicious and it's topped with fresh fruit, instead of frozen, like so many of the lesser acai bowls seem to have.

The staff is very pleasant and there are some picnic tables just outside if you wish to eat there, but you're just a short walk back to the beach at the resort.

Definitely do yourself a favour and walk over, rather than pay twice the price for an inferior coffee and breakfast at the resort...

During our Honeymoon, staying at Marriott Kauai Beach Club, we encountered the Kind Koffee shop just a hundred yards away from our resort. Although you may find yourself trying Jammin Banana Bakery & Cafe (friendly staff), you will find more breakfast options, great coffee and AMAZING STAFF at the Kind Koffee. Especially as vegans...we were able to find few options for us to endulge in EVERYDAY we were there. Impressed! Satisfied! Delighted! We surely will be back when we are ever on the island, no matter where on the island, this particular location is a must visit for us. Staff is the number 1 reason. Service. Quality. Much thanks to the staff for making our honeymoon most memorable for our daily Kind Koffee...
