The woman who runs this truck is a spectacular person. You know how you can just tell? Sure her smile, sure her way...but! Mostly it's cause her food transmits genius and kindness. I had the good fortune of eating the 'green buddah' last weekend at the Wahine Festival in Kilauea and I haven't stopped thinking about it. I got giddy when I realized my husband would be in 'town' today - he can go by there! Green Buddah Bowl and I can be reunited again! ohhhh man. So good. so that's a really special veggie option, but the rest of the food for omnivores looks dang...

Chef Liza provided incredible service and delicious food for our recent wedding. We are especially grateful for her stepping up last minute, when our reception venue/food fell through with minimal notice before our “big day.”

Our guests are still raving about the Kalua Pork Wontons (particularly the sweet chili sauce), the papaya dressing, Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, and fresh island fish. Her attention to detail made the entire evening run smoothly, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day.
