Worst bar experience so far. I came to fanatics with a bunch of work people. I had some drinks, paid for them. Then we stayed so I ordered a couple more despite the fact that it took forever for the servers to come back around to the table. And the bar tenders completely ignored me when I tried to go order up there. But eventually I did get my drinks and went to pay before leaving. They had added multiple other drinks to my ticket and my friend's. Expecting her to pay around $140 for drinks she didn't order and around $50 for me when all I had was a corona and Jameson. The lead female barkeep was extremely aggressive and very rude. I told her I would only pay for the things I consumed. She expected me to call all my coworkers back to come pay for their drinks. I made an attempt, but no one had any intention of returning. I remained firm that I would pay for only the drinks I ordered. The girl flipped out and said she was sick of this and wanted me to leave. I didn't even get to pay for my drinks. Perhaps they are understaffed, most places are. But being understaffed does give you the freedom to screw up people's tickets then expect others to pay for it. I realize this is a sports bar, but even a sports bar should have some level of professionalism towards their customers. Just very disappointed...
Read moreVery disappointed, we were there this past weekend for a party for my son and his girlfriend since both of their birthdays are this month. Started out ok, we had booked the party room. The food was ok for those that actually got food, but not even 30 minutes into our 2 hours of the party, we loose power. Now I don't blame the business, that's beyond their control. But when they determined that it wasn't going to be fixed any time soon, well you all have to leave... no real apologies for the inconvenience, no discounts despite the fact that 3/4 of the group never got fed, couldn't get refills, etc... couldn't complete tickets until power came on later. And then had the gall to charge 20% gratuity (as that's their policy if you use the party room). One of our members left the server $40 cash as a thank you gratuity by itself. At the very least management should have given something to the 2 birthday adults... maybe a gift card or something. And more should have been for all the guests that literally sat in the dark (as there was inadequate safety lighting) waiting to see what would happen. Good service happens when employees care. Great service happens when...
Read moreIf I could give this less than 1 star I absolutely would! We walked in, got our drink order taken, got our drinks fairly quickly, then the waitress walked away. After 15 minutes she asked if I wanted a refill on my water in what I can only describe as a plastic cup you’d use to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. After this we waited an entire HOUR before we flagged someone else down to even TAKE OUR FOOD ORDER. Multiple tables in our section has come in after us, ordered, got their food and rotated new people by the time we talked to anyone. The other waitress seemed like she was annoyed to take our order. We then waited another 45 minutes before enough was enough and we left. I then walked to the front and spoke to a manager who was completely rude and kept saying “okay” in a tone that said “what do you want me to do about it”. I understand busy, I really do, but watching someone completely ignore our table while everyone else ate, left and tables were refilled was ridiculous. I would absolutely never go here. This was the worst experience of my life as well...
