DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I pre-ordered 2 XL pepperoni for delivery for the following day at 730 PM. Pies never came. I called the store and manager said he just got the order and I said to cancel it and give me a refund then he said the driver is on his way. So which story is it, they just got it or the driver on his way? I said to cancel the order and refund my money. The manager just said OK and hung up the phone. I called the main Papa Johns customer service 10 mins later to make sure they canceled and refund the order. The customer service rep said the order is not cancelled and refunded. She called the store and nobody picked up the phone and just kept ringing. Customer Service called me back and said they're going to refund me my money on her side and will file a complaint...

Read moreI have been a loyal Papa Johns customer for years and the service from this Kearny location was by far the worst service I have ever had. First, it took almost took 2 hours for my order to be received, which was 2 large pizzas. When I tried to call the location to check on the status, it took over 25 minutes for us to get a hold of someone. After the manager finally picked up, he was extremely rude and said you should expect to wait 30 minutes over the 'estimated ready time' that Papa Johns gives. I didn't even receive an apology for the delay. I'm giving a 1 star rating because 0 is unfortunately...
