Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Keego Harbor

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT AND ERRORS WITH ALMOST EVERY ORDER PLACED. We have ordered numerous times from this location as Jet’s is our favorite pizza and this is the only location that delivers to our residence. Over the 3 years we have lived here I guesstimate only 2-3 of the numerous pizza orders have been correct. We order buffalo bites regularly and always ask for ranch dressing. There has only been one time we have not had to call back for the ranch. Tonight when we received our order, once again no ranch for the buffalo bites and the pizza toppings were incorrect. When we called back the manager took zero responsibility for the order being incorrect, stating we received what we ordered. What we received was not what we ordered. When my husband told her he didn’t appreciate her accusatory tone she stated she did not appreciate my tone in the background. We then informed her we would not be ordering from this location again due to the service and she said she would not have the driver return with the ranch. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from a service industry business and their management needs lessons on common courtesy. Love Jet’s pizza but this location is...

This is the worst run business in Keego. I don't usually order from Jets and won't ever again but I wanted something different. The delivery driver came in about thirty minutes and delivered the wrong pizza. I called the store and they said they would re-make the pizza and deliver the new one. That took longer..this time 45 min. I was calling them to tell them to forget it when the girl pulled in the driveway. Guess what?? She had the SAME wrong pizza she brought me the first time!! Not her fault...she doesn't bake them. She was nice enough. I called back. The manager refused to take any kind of responsibility. He was rude and refused to listen to me. He just said he was "told" I wanted a deep dish and was delivered a thin crust. How about you look at the receipt, or the actual computer and see what I was delivered instead of going by what you are told to make sure you get things right the second time?? He offered to re-make it a third time. Really?? I'm gonna wait another 45 minutes?? I think not. He refused to provide the name of anyone above him and hung up on me, and then refused to answer...

I will never order or do business with this Jets again.

Called to place a pick up order, and had to argue that yes, this was the right Jets pizza that I wanted.

After that, I tried to order a Jets Boat with Ham, Bacon and extra sauce. That took seven minutes, as the person on the phone had no idea what a Jets Boat was.

Upon getting to the store, a young lady greeted me, and said they figured it out and got me a jet boat. They charged me for extra sauce, but did not have any sauce on the boat, or any dipping sauce inside.

As for portions, normally a jet boat is a medium dough, this looked like they took the smallest piece they had and made a boat out of it. All of this for over ten dollars! NO, never, no more!

This Jets should be ashamed of themselves, the owner should be chastised....
