I have to say, my recent visit to Arby's in Keizer, Oregon, was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making my order process quick and easy.
As always, the food was top-notch. The Classic Beef 'n Cheddar was everything I expected — tender, flavorful, and perfectly melted cheese on that soft bun. The curly fries? Crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. I also loved how fresh everything tasted, like they really take the time to prepare each order carefully.
The speed of service was impressive too. I was in and out in no time, which is great when you're on the go. Plus, the drive-thru was efficient and the staff still managed to keep a great attitude despite the rush.
Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Whether I’m grabbing lunch during a busy workday or treating myself on the weekend, I can always count on them to deliver consistently delicious food and stellar service.

Read moreFood was delicious. Went for the new Brisket dip and love it. Even though we spent $30 after using coupons, I would have given 5 stars. BUT we got home and missing items. Called store and lady said no problem come get them and you don't have to pay for them..hmmm , actually I already paid for them . Went back within 15 minutes, waited a few minutes and got our sandwiches. Manager looked over at us a couple times but never came to apologize. Maybe a free drink or cookie for having to come back out in the snow to get our food? Oh well. Worst part of whole experience? Asked 3x for sauce. She assurred us it was in the bag. Stupid me for trusting ...not in bag. I walked back up to drive thru window , asked for sauce again, she states Its in the bag I snapped this time and said It is not in the bag ....she grabbed a handful, threw them in my bag and said here you go. We eat at Arbys rarely due to higher prices, but pretty sure won't bother going...
Read moreVery unhappy with this visit when ordering my buffalo chicken sliders I asked for no ranch plain even had him repeat my whole order back to make sure after paying and getting my family's food I stopped to check to make sure it didn't have any ranch or sauces sure enough it had ranch so I went back to the drive-thru let the guy taking the order know that my food was messed up he asked what was messed up I told him three buffalo chicken no ranch no sauce when getting to the window showed him the receipt showing it said plain then instead of replacing what was messed up he recharged I asked him if I could speak with the supervisor or manager he said that they were not in tried to call Arby's and still haven't gotten a response didn't want to hold up the line or start any problems so I just paid and left still don't understand how I had to pay for something again that wasn't messed up my receipt obviously showed it was supposed...
