Would rate zero if that was an option. And this is coming from a previous Pizza Hut delivery driver and shift leader. Ordered delivery and after an hour and a half of no delivery called store and was told it was out for delivery. 25 minutes later after still no delivery called again and was told pizza delivered and hour prior. My wife expressed her frustration and the CSR said she was being rude and hung up on her. I called back and talked to another person and he stated that they would remake order and delivery would be in 25-30 minutes. 45 minutes later still no delivery and called back at which time the shift manager spoke with me. She stated that my wife or girlfriend or whatever was rude to her CSR and that they decided that they would just do a refund and would not bring us our order. No phone call, nothing. I had to call to get this info. Asked for GM and was told to call back the next day at which time she hung up on me. I will definitely be calling!!!! Read moreI ordered online. The order was a Tastemaker with sausage and half pineapple and half green peppers. The email confirmation that came to me did not show pineapple and did not refer to half & half option that I did order. So, immediately I was concerned that I would not get the correct pizza that I ordered. I was picking it up myself so upon arrival I showed the email confirmation, with the incorrect information. to the clerk. She got a manager, I assume, who checked their register and pulled up the order. The order was correct on their register so all was fine. I asked him if he wanted my email confirmation so he could pass the error up the management line and he said no. I am sure other people have had a similar concern when they receive the email confirmation. Please have your IT people fix that problem so that the email shows the correct order...

First I get email saying anyone pizza, any crust for $10...not true, wanted to charge me extra for stuffed crust. Then I email their customer service about it and they say we will look into it, and of course I never hear back. Then tonight I order online after being told by them about super deals. I find what I want at good price and pay with my card. A half hour later I get an email saying it will be ready for pickup in 20 minutes...WAIT, this was supposed to be delivered. So i call try and straighten it out but am told they will charge me extra now for delivery charge, not make fresh food (so it's gonna be 2 hour old food) and they can't even throw in an extra 2 liter without charging me.
