The River road Tacobell has the absolute worst management with the store manager being the only nice manager, however the red haired manager with the tattoos absolutely bullies her employees and even her customers, they all do infact. The managers dont care about there employees at all and they don't care about there customers satisfaction. I went in there one day and heard every employee wearing a headset including a manager ( the red haired one with the tattoos ) all spreading a rumor about another employee that hadn't even been there for 1 month, they need to fire that manager for that as its highly unprofessional for a manager to feed into rumors and clearly she doesnt know how to put a stop to her employees spreading them, that managers name is Angela or Angie. She needs to be fired cause also is one of those types of managers that makes the company they work for look bad in other words she is just in general a bad face for tacobell, im positive that the CEO of Taco bell would be very disappointed with how she works and treats her employees let alone her customers everyday. Angela/Angie is also one of those managers that thinks she can do and say what she wants just cause shes a manager and not have to face any consequences like any other employee would. I also notice everytime I come in she is always either giving write ups to her employees threatening her employees with write ups and all are for the most ridiculous things. Angela/Angie is also a manager that also accuses her employees of the most ridiculous and outrageous things that clearly aren't true. I was even standing there waiting for my food and was watching them make the food on the part of the line I could see the cooks on which im assuming is for lobby orders either way I saw the red haired manager drop one of the items on the floor picked it up and had the other people continue making the item and didnt even start over on the item and still...
Read moreWho doesn't love Taco Bell?! EDIT: I do not like to leave harsh reviews but this place now warrants it. I don't know what has changed maybe management Maybe people's lack of work ethic or maybe something else but I've lived here my entire life and anytime Taco Bell was on the menu this is where I would go but anymore I would rather make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, whether the food is cold and thin or the wait times are 20 minutes or more or they are simply CLOSED during " Regular " business hours it's always something.. I work at night and I always loved that they were open until 2:00 a.m. but now anymore when I go in sometimes as early as 10:00 in the evening they are closed! example, a few nights ago I pulled into the drive-thru at 11pm and there were six cars in front of me and the line didn't move for about 15 minutes finally a couple employees come out of the door and just yell " HEY WERE CLOSED " Then go back inside.. terrible customer service, why not just shut the signs and lights off? I can not count how many times I've gone only to find a piece of paper on the order speaker that says "we are closed" If you guys are not planning to stay open change your advertised hours! This location used to be amazing but in the last few years has steadily gone in the toilet, sad to see but it looks like I am not the only one who sees it. BRING MARY BACK! (If you...
Read moreI have been going to this Taco Bell for about 5 months and always have and continue to get quality service. About 2 months ago I asked the young man for the $5 cravings box but they did not have it. I was going to order something else but then he informed me that if I was going for value there was a different $5 which was what I was looking for. He did not have to have told me that and I appreciated that he realized what I was looking for.
Today I was greeted by what I believe was a Supervisor that was getting off her shift, she told me and an older gentleman to order of the Kiosk despite the fact that the older gentleman seemed anxious about doing so. I ended up having to help him, so that was not a pleasant experience. After the Supervisor or whomever that person, left. I had a more pleasant experience. I was sitting eating my dinner when a young man going around cleaning stopped by my table and asked if I needed anything. I noticed he went around and asked everyone if they were ok and if they needed anything. This young man went above and beyond his duties I appreciated how serious he took his job. Don't see that very much. By the way his name is Eddie, and like I told Eddie, your doing a "Great Job." Place is always clean and quiet. Food quality was good...
