Each Sunday, the wife and I have a standing date. We visit a different brunch location all over DFW. We enjoy visiting places in Keller, (Keep It In Keller) as we own a business, and live in Keller. We were excited to see a new place for brunch announced, and have been waiting for it to open. We finally were able to visit the Triple A Cafe in Keller this past Sunday. It was about 10a when we arrived, and were seated immediately. The service was good, and we could tell they were learning well. However, the food was not good. Wifey ordered the classic eggs benedict, and I ordered a western skillet. The website clearly states "food from scratch, everyday", but this wasn't the case with our meals. My skillet came with hashbrowns, some veggies, and 2 eggs my choice on top. I chose over easy. The hashbrowns which were stacked with the veggies and eggs, were very soggy, under cooked, and quickly cooled. The dish was unseasoned, and very bland. The classic benedict was again unseasoned, the english muffin was soggy, and the hollandaise sauce was from a can or possibly powdered. We were not impressed, and were very disappointed at the food quality, as we were hoping for something new and special. They likely do not have a chef, and by our experience, it seemed about the level of a line cook you might expect to see at other lessor places. Not the quality of what this place appears to be. You will need to up your food game if you expect to survive in Keller. We'll give it some time for the newness to fade and try again. But if there isn't a significant upgrade, we...
Read moreThe food is fast as hell here and it’s equally hot and tasty. I’ve been to the ft worth location a hundred times and I’ve tried dozens of food items but I keep coming back to little Bros slammer. It usually comes on cinnamon French toast, which my fiancé loves but i get it on their soft buttery biscuits. Hash browns are always perfect, and they carry Lavazza, one of my favorite coffee brands. They even have iced lavazza which I didn’t know was a thing. Super delicious. It’s family owned and it feels like it. The servers are personable and fast and they never seem to mind when I want to change something about a menu item which is why I come back over and over. The croissant sandwich is great and the stuffed French toast is simply amazing. The paninis on the lunch menu are awesome and the gyros are just as good at a Mediterranean restaurant. I’m so excited the service and food are pretty much exactly the same here in Keller is comparable to the Ft worth one. No Coca Cola products but they have Stubborn Soda,...

Our service by Jennifer was amazing and greetings and check in were great. Often used to waiting for some of our food or side items. Not here. They are on top of everything. The attentiveness shows.
Food was spectacular. Ranging from breakfast favorites. The bacon was substantial and well cooked, sausage patties were large and nicely spiced. They clearly use individual eggs not the bucket-o-eggs. And the hashbrowns were perfectly cooked. Crispy tasty and without being doused in oil!
Daughter’s hamburger was cooked to requested temperature and well spiced. Wife’s croissant with sausage egg and cheese was light, flaky and delicious. Fruit side was fresh and ripe.
Orange juice was fresh and they serve high quality coffee products (lavazza)
Plenty of parking and restrooms immaculately clean. They do have bar top seating with a large tv for someone eating...
