I love Beach Bum Bakery's cookies, all their loaves of bread, their muffins, but most of all I love (x 1000000) Beach Bum Bakery's bagels. The bagels are gorgeous rings of love, generosity, and craftsmanship. These bagels are prepared in small batches. Their texture is perfect. They taste heavenly, The sesame seed and everything bagels are lavishly covered with seeds. The raisin cinnamon bagels are bursting with a copious amount of raisins and each bite rewards me with a delightful blast of cinnamon. Recently family from the suburbs of New York City visited us in Kellogg. I bought sixteen bagels on Monday and they were gone by Wednesday. These New Yorkers told me they were the best bagels they'd ever eaten. I agree. I buy a batch almost every Monday. They freeze beautifully so I can enjoy them throughout the week. I bought a loaf of artisan sourdough from The Beach Bum Bakery on a Friday and after breakfast on Sunday it was almost gone. I had heard that people with gluten sensitivity were able to enjoy this bread and I put it to the test. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was amazing grilled over the campfire with olive oil and garlic for dinner or used for avocado toast for lunch or simply toasted with butter for breakfast. The simple pleasure of being able to relax and enjoy eating real bread without the worry of what suffering it will cause makes this a treasure, but then it also tastes SO GOOD! Love love love this place! If you live in town or come through and visit, you need to stop here! Beyond the wonderful treats and snacks they have, the service is absolute top notch. You can tell they care about what they do and they care about YOU as a customer. Such friendly faces! I cannot recommend the maple donuts, and jalapeño cheddar sourdough enough!
